- Shannon (6/5): A lot space and great location, house could use maintenance and a good spring clean - Location, a lot of space, nice bathroom, 2 working air con units, under cover parking (multiple cars), well fenced yard for pets and comfy furniture. Cleanliness (previous renters left rubbish around and it wasn’t sorted before we came, dresser drawers were quite dirty/smelly amongst various other things - e.g. we had to sort little ants out while we were there) and we had fridge issues due previous renters possibly mucking with the settings. A tone of our food went bad and had to be thrown out. Owner did get someone around to sort it and only agreed to partial compensation. The house could use a good fumigation. Most fly screens were full of holes so bugs kept coming in if you had windows 🪟 open.
