Guest Reviews
- Marianne (4/5): Would not recommend - The location was very pretty The house is old and need of repairs. the stairs are hard for luggage and so forth. The bedroom furniture and linen needs updating. Very difficult to converse with the owners of property. They are not very quick to respond to text nor emails. We only stayed one night as I explained to the owners we had to leave as my Father in law went into palliative care with only 2 days before passing. no response. which I feel is pretty poor considering we paid over $4500.00. there should have been some kind of refund I feel over half would be fair. I feel $2400.00 for one night stay is very fair.
- Tammy (6/5): - Amazing location, short walk to beach nice and quiet. The aircon isnt working and there are mould patches on the ceilings.
- Tricia (9/5): We loved this house. The space was comfortable and perfect for a family. - The location was amazing! There was some wear and tear in the property that needs to be attended to.
- Josephine (9/5): Superb -

- Stacy (5/5): A nice short term stay for quiet singles or couples - The location was good being close to the beach and shopping.
Indoor furniture was comfortable.
Lots of cupboard and wardrobe space.
Nice, light-filled house. Around half of the light switches and power points didn't work (or had scorch marks).
The hole in the roof in patio area.
No hammock or outdoor area set up down the back, or seating on balcony off main room. Most of the outdoor seating provided was deteriorating.
The neighbours made a noise complaint and called the police by 7pm, just hours after check-in, over a few people talking and laughing in the patio area (our bridal party popped over). When we made our booking, there was no mention of the apparent 'strict no visitor' rule - we wouldn't have booked this house had this info been available prior.
The kitchen draws have long, sharp handles that were rusty and I cut my leg on one when making a cup of tea.
There was hardly any phone reception in the whole house, meaning we were constantly missing calls.
The lack of blinds with so many windows made it hard to sleep with the lights from the neighbours houses shining in - pics are old as there are neighbours on both sides.
The front door is a safety hazard as it can only be locked or unlocked with the key - dangerous in an emergency.
Can't leave the key in the front door on the inside of the house as there is a massive gap between the door and the garage (with a black rubber flap to cover, allowing cold air in) where an arm can easily reach in from outside and unlock the front door!
