• Saskia (10/5): - Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt. Das Haus ist groß, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Eigentümerin ist über booking oder per Handy einfach zu erreichen. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß, sauber und nur 1 Gehminute vom Haus entfernt. Dafür kann das Haus und die Eigentümerin nichts, aber abends von 20 - 23 Uhr ist die Musik des benachbarten Hotels schon sehr laut (und schlecht).
• Giovanni (10/5): Soggiorno di famiglia a Cipro - Tutto veramente come descritto...anche di più. La casa è veramente accogliente e c'e tutto l'occorrente per soggiornare senza problemi. Pulita e profumata e con l'aggiunta dei prodotti per la doccia e sapone mani veramente utile. L'accoglienza con cesto di frutta e bottiglia di vino é stata un'ulteriore sorpresa.
• Ignas (10/5): Exceptional villa with perfect location, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere - We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Posidonia Villa and would 100% recommend it. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach with stunning sea views, yet still very private and peaceful. The villa itself is spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. Everything you might need is there – from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living areas and great outdoor space. The pool and garden area were perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ setup was a great bonus. What really stood out was how comfortable and “easy” everything felt – plenty of space for a group, very comfortable beds, and a layout that works perfectly for both families and friends. The host was also excellent – friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, this is one of those places that actually looks even better in real life than in the photos. A perfect combination of location, comfort, and privacy. We would definitely come back again! -

• Tirof (10/5): Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einem schönen und gemütlichen Haus in außergewöhnlicher Lage - Außergewöhnliche und ruhige Lage direkt am Strand, geräumiges Haus mit toll ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlichem Wohn-Essbereich, zwei Badezimmern und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit einem Garten und ausreichend Möbeln sowie einem Elektrogrill. Auch eine Dachterrasse und ein Balkon sind vorhanden. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die unmittelbar auf Anfragen reagiert haben. Es gab Wein und Obst zur Begrüßung. In der Anlage befand sich ein schöner Pool und genügend Parkplätze. In Fußnähe gibt es gute Restaurants und auch Geschäfte. Am ersten und zweiten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, da der Booster kaputt war. Dies wurde aber (sogar am Silvestertag) gleich repariert. Am Pool gibt es keine Liegen. Man muss sie selbst mitnehmen.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Bardzo dobry czas w pięknym miejscu. - Świetnie położony dom, dobrze wyposażony. Spotkała nas mała awaria ale w ciągu godziny zostało wszystko naprawione. Fantastyczne miejsce przy nie bardzo obleganej ale ładnej plaży.
• Oleg (6/5): - The villa boasts a stunning view and is just a short stroll from the beach. The pool, pictured, is approximately 50 meters from the villa and is shared among the complex's residents. The AC is on a timer, unfortunately limiting it to two-hour intervals. Waking up to restart it every couple of hours wasn't ideal.

• Viktória (10/5): I would come back! - Great location, great house, lovely owner. Not crowded. Perfect spot for just to relax on the beach or plan excurtions to nearby locations like Lara Beach, Adonis falls or Latchi for watersports. (If you have a rental car). We liked everything about it.

• Maris (9/5): Nice view to the sea, responsive host. - Nice view from premises to the sea. Small garden on the sea side perfectly closes view from outsiders. Although pool is not at the premises, there is a decent small shared pool available for the whole complex of building. Very responsive host. Few minutes drive to various places, such as Paphos zoo, archeological sites, restaurants. Nice place for 5 people with all the necessary amenities. The sea in the view is not swimmable since its coral beach.There is very small beach with rough sand nearby.

The view of the sunset each evening from the villa has to be one of the best we have seen. Kitchen was really well equipped and the villa was clean and well maintained. Several excellent restaurants within a short walk and the bus stop into town only a few minutes away made the location perfect for our needs. Pool was dirty and not open during our stay despite the temperature being an average of 24°. This had not made clear on booking so we had expected to be able to use it.
