- Elliott (1/5): Feel ripped off - Nice location. Wasn’t clean. Everything needed cleaning before using. The cleanliness and maintenance was clearly not checked by management before checkin. Property needs maintenance in general and no one seems to care. Pool wasn’t usable for 2 out of 3 days. Staff and contractors response to request for pool clean was very demeaning. Feel like we should be paid back for doing our own cleaning.
- Simon (5/5): Great home, but dissatisfied with cleanliness and cleaning supplies available. - The home was large and the pool was refreshing. Located a short walk from local shops and parks. The reserve out the back was a delight with wallabies and birds. The bbq/Webber was great for cooking. On a booking.com platform advertised home. I was dissatisfied that we were told only 1 nights stay toilet paper was available! The dishes were all filthy in the cupboards. It was clear to see why when we realised inadequate supply of dishwasher tablets and detergent was available. Lack of cleaning supplies such as spay and wipe was also disappointing as I like to live in a clean environment and be able to clean up after ourselves. Basic cleaning supplies should always be available to guests. The home appeared clean, but under and behind the furniture, it was dusty and dirty.
