- Rohith (8/5): -
- Mehdi (8/5): - Views was the perfect
- Lina (10/5): -
- Jeremi (8/5): -
- Sandra (10/5): - It is a beautiful property
- Cherie (3/5): The view was beautiful. The home has a lot of potential I just feel like nobody inspected the property before our arriva - The view was amazing Bathroom roof leaking.
Bugs in the sink and bath.
Bath has rust patch inside making it unusable. Owner dismissed my cause of concern.
Milks in fridge were out of date. Didn’t seem like anyone had come and checked the place before we stayed. Left early due to the unsafe usage of the bathroom.
- Con (10/5): Very good - The views The narrow street to get there off the side of a cliff
- Casten (8/5): An enjoyable stay in a beautiful place tucked away in a great location. - Thoughtful house design, including large glass windows allowing for scenic views whilst seating on the relaxing lounges. The elevated location of the property makes parking a large vehicle in the garage difficult.
- christine (9/5): Extremely relaxing and a lovely way to revive the inner zen! - The outlook was fabulous, and privacy was outstanding. The house was very well appointed and generous. Super clean too. The number of cupboards was astounding! Access! I tried to do as much research regarding access considering i had my 89 yr old mum with me. One of the plans showed a full width stair where the BBQ is located (I think). The drive into the garage was doable but on the first couple of attempts was a little daunting. The internal stairs caused both my mum and i some concern. if i had known that the internal stair was the only access, honestly... i wouldn't have booked.
- Nicholas (9/5): Relaxing stay in a lovely location, with great views over Phegans Bay. - Lovely location overlooking the bay, with a nice afternoon sea breeze. Nice facilities and plenty of space plus a well-equipped kitchen. The only minor quibble I had was the big rust spot in the bath, which detracts from an otherwise fabulous bathroom
- Susan (9/5): -
- Riannon (4/5): Our first stay was amazing, this time not so much. - Loved the location When we arrived, it wasn’t cleaned from the last guests
- Yvette (10/5): Beautiful getaway spot - The place was beautiful and clean and a very peaceful setting. The garage gave excellent options for parking as its a double. It was a bit tricky to turn around on the road as it's very narrow and limited spots to turn. Just means you have to take a little more care and it's definitely easier if you have a smaller car.
- Ying (8/5): A very beautiful and peaceful place - Quietness, next to the river, nice view, spacious and full of light The front door is quite jammed, very hard to open or close; the garage is very small, bigger cars won’t fit; noise from the nearby long distance trains is quite loud
- Wilson (10/5): -
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
- Scott (9/5): Superb - View is amazing! worth to come to have a few night, very cozy.. relaxed place !! it smells a bit like the old house, not that bad,
I am quite sensitive in smelling but you will get used to it after a few hours.
- Melissa (8/5): it was a beautiful place we enjoyed ourselves very much - the views the roof leaking in bathroom
- Inger (5/5): Stunning view, steep access, don’t expect sympathy from owner if kitchen and laundry don’t work. - Views are stunning. Charming vintage decore and spacious lounge/dining overlooking bay. Clean. Kitchen and laundry power out on arrival and for most of stay due to a faulty dryer at property. So no fridge, microwave, stove top, kettle, dishwasher etc. Owner tried to imply it was my fault she didn’t see emails reporting the issue until the second evening. She sent someone around to fix, but then decided no kitchen and the hassle of spending most of the 2 night Easter trip trying to get a solution was worth just a $50 discount to us on $500+ stay, and then never paid it to us anyway.
It’s way above the waterfront, set back on a steep road. Don’t recommend for very young or elderly.
- Georgina (9/5): Very relaxing and to destress and very close to drive to - Beautiful and so quiet and serene Nothing
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
- Joanna (9/5): Superb -
- Nahian (8/5): Very good - The garage entrance, the back multi-terrace, the bathroom, the living room. A very strong musty smell which almost felt like somebody urinated previously. The aircon felt like it was not serviced in a long time. I wish the trees didn't block the waterfront view.
- Neera (8/5): A beautiful comfortable stay! - Wonderful place. The faulty lock on the main door needs to be fixed.
Parking in the garage was a hassle.
- Cassandra (10/5): We defiantly would stay again , we enjoyed ourselves and loved the place - The view was absolutely amazing and we loved it due to the property being in a remote and quiet area as well. Was very spacious, easy to use facilities . For the price paid was defiantly worth it. I wouldn’t say we disliked anything .. the only thing that was a bit of a struggle was driving into the driveway garage , but I mean given where it’s located it’s understandable . Also maybe invest in ceiling fans for the bedrooms it does get super hot in there even with the aircon on.
- Christian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Troy (10/5): Exceptional - The location and view were amazing.
Facilities were great.
- Jackie (9/5): A gem with wonderful views - Absolutely beautiful location, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The premises was very clean, with air conditioning with a garage for parking too. The view from the loungeroom was wonderful. A lovely, relaxing time was had here.
- Ingrid (9/5): Lovely place - the view and breeze coming in the from the bay is perfect. The bathroom is great. It’s a beautiful place - Lovely view of the bay. The multiple windows and doors let in a beautiful cool breeze on the hot days. The bathroom was lovely. A couple of sitting areas which is nice. Couch isn’t comfortable. Didn’t like seeing the dead cow skin on the floor - had to put that away in a cupboard for the stay. Need blackout blind in the main bedroom as it is so bright in the morning, we couldn’t sleep past 6:30am. Was disappointing that we didn’t have access to the jetty. It appears you do in the ad with the photos featuring the jetty many times.
- Riannon (8/5): Greatly enjoyed stay, however, had a fall on stairs from kitchen area to lunge due to steepness and blending. - Comfy, beautiful view, fishing opportunities Stair safety, screen door function
- Marc (9/5): Superb - Great view across the water from the deck area
Lovely shaded garden upper deck for afternoon tea.
Recent reno to the kitchen and bathroom. Not a dislike but be aware:
The railway line is across the water and the sound carries. Not obtrusive but noticeable.
Approach to the garage is up a steep road needing repair. Parking space in the garage is fine for a Golf sized car but not for your surf wagon/ Land cruiser.
- Jake (6/5): Pleasant - Great views Only one blanket in the room with two single beds
- James (8/5): Great view - Good location and amazing views We booked 2 adults and 3 children. Was advertised with bunk bed and single bed in room 2. Only had 2 single beds. Pull out beds were totally unsuitable and uncomfortable.
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeremi (7/5): Good -
- Furnari (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shavina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toby (9/5): Great spot to explore the southern central coast - Great views across the water from either the balcony or lounge and plenty of space to hang out. Parking the car in the garage can be challenge due to the hill - but we got two cars in - including an outback.
- Cheree (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The view Unsafe area especially if you have young children
- Irina (6/5): All in one it was a nice stay, would come back again, if some things could be fixed. - Definitely a nice view out the window + balcony. The trees need to go tho!
Pretty layout
Comfortable bed The garage is to small for a 4wheel drive, had seriously issues to get the car in the garage while being 80% up on the hill. Maybe mention that in your house description.
Kind of an old smell in the bedrooms- comes from the old pillows + quilts, bath towels had yellow stains, tea towels had also a yucky old smell - maybe time to change for some new ones.
Shower door doesn’t close probably, water runs out while having a shower.
The floor wasn’t clean at all, my white socks turned into black pretty quickly.
Same with the toilet, definitely needs a better clean than what it was!
- Jeremi (9/5): Very good. Break with family - Great view good location There was a load of dirty washing left on the stairwell
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean, in a quiet location.
everything was accounted for, they have really put thought and effort into people comforts and needs.
WOULD ABSOLUTELY RETURN AND CAN NOT WAIT TO RETURN :D NOTHING
- Wynter (10/5): Exceptional - Welcoming, relaxing and immaculately cleaned.
We so enjoyed our stay, the views are serene.
Also the value for money is right there. Can't wait to come back!
- Patrick (10/5): best property with great views over the lake and quite area - best property I ever stayed in coast area just perfect high position over the lake priceless time I had drive a way
- Sirinapa (9/5): Superb -
- Hanady (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ken (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (5/5): Passable -
- Hong (9/5): Superb -
- Jihan (9/5): It was beautiful & short but wonderful. - It’s clean comfortable accomodation right near to the water. The photos are exact right to the description. Thanks so much Adriana for the things you left for us to enjoy.
God Bless
- Choong (9/5): Superb - View and design⁄decoration of the property. Kids friendly( a lot of toys) No cafe nearby, one way road up / down the hill which needs to be extra cautious to drive at night.
- Delwin (9/5): Lovely place to getaway, relax and to enjoy each other’s company. - Quiet location with a great view of the bay (from the balcony).
Has Netflix on the TV and a nice BBQ area.
Plenty of space within the house to chill, relax and unwind.
- Danuta (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly located property with beautiful views. Loved everything about the style of the property - felt like being in a cabin in the treetops. Could not have been more relaxed in such a short stay. We will be back!
