Guest Reviews
- Paulette (10/5): Fantastic property and location in Byron - Beautiful property, spotlessly clean in a quiet area of Byron but still close enough to walk to everything. Loved the Bay Grocer just down the street for coffee, pastries and a great selection of fruit, veg, bread and wine. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Byron Bay General store for a fab breakfast and a 10 minute walk into town. Thanks for a great stay Nothing

- CALVIN (10/5): Brilliant stay in lovely accommodation in a quiet area of Byron Bay - The property is absolutely wonderful. Spacious, clean., tidy and has all that you need for a great stay. We were a family of 5 (all adults) and were all well accommodated.
At the end of our first day we realised the dish washer had a fault and also the plug to the sink was broken making dish washing a problem. Our hosts were excellent at both replying when informed of the problem and getting a maintenance expert out to sort both problems the following day.
The property is in a nice quiet area, on a secure estate, yet only a short walk into Byron Bay town centre. The only thing that we didn't realise from the photos is that the property is not situated next to the swimming pool, it's approximately 50m away. Wasn't a problem at all to us but maybe younger families would prefer it to be closer.
- Paul (10/5): - Fantastic property which could be the best I have ever stayed in and I have travelled extensively
- Suzannah (9/5): -
- debbie (10/5): Fantastic - Everything perfect location to everything Nothing
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): Probably the nicest holiday house we have ever stayed at. - Wow! What a fantastic place. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, quiet location and a walk to the beach. Great communications from the property managers. Just fantastic! Nothing
- Peta (10/5): Excellent choice for us; spotless, luxury appointments, safe, close to town and well situated. - Beautiful accomodation, super clean, well furnished and resourced. Luxuary appointments, and very well situated. I’d highly recommend staying here.
- Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - Great location for our stay in Bryon
- Brian (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Very clean and tidy. High quality property. Minimal contact with the agent which makes things easier. Key lock and very seamless transaction arriving and departure. Wifi wasn't great. Had to reset a couple of times.
- Amy (10/5): Will definitely be back! - Beautiful home and close to town
- Helen (10/5): We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to return. - This house is beautiful in a private road but easy access to the main street an c 10 min walk to beach. House is very comfortable and well equipped with all you would need for a stay for a group of 6 adults. The shared pool is so close and very clean and relaxing after a day at the beach. Most houses are privately owned in the road and all the people we met were very welcoming to us. Nothing - would like to have stayed longer
- Kristen (9/5): Amazing weekend away in Byron - Beautiful property! Clean and well presented, wonderful location just out of the CBD however close to shops, cafes and amenities. Amazing pool in complex. Quiet and gated complex
- Oksana (10/5): Excellent holidays -
- Rachel (10/5): A little slice of heaven at Byron Bay. - The property is set within a gated complex and feels very safe and secure. It has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. The owners have thought of everything. nothing, we wish we could live here. It really is a beautiful place!
- Aneleise (6/5): Nice place but disappointing stay - Great location, quiet and secure property. The pool was too dirty to swim in until the third day of our stay. There were also no lounge chairs (as pictured) so the holiday we’d imagined (hours lazing beside the pool) wasn’t possible. Some more hand soap or body wash in the bathrooms (rather than a single hand/body wash for basin and shower) would also have been useful. Downstairs aircon unit was noisy and needs servicing/repairing.
- Martyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location and beautiful house, couldn’t fault it.
- Melissa (10/5): Stunning place, very clean, comfortable and quiet. - The property was just beautiful, everything was thought of, staples in the kitchen, heaps of toilet paper and shower products and towels. The beds were so comfortable the bath was amazing and the house was so clean. The pool did not have any lounges and was a little bit small compared to what it looked like in the pictures.
- Louise (8/5): Very good -
- Dayne (10/5): Great place for a family trip - Great location. Plenty of space in the house. Clean and tidy. Great for a family get away. Reasonable priced compared to others in the area. Nothing. Great stay
- Lynne (9/5): Superb - The accommodation was perfectly placed and very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you.
- Gary (10/5): amazing stay, look forward to booking again - size and quality of facilities nothing
- Christina (9/5): The owners have thought of everything. Amazing location, amazing home. - This property was perfect. The owners have thought of everything. All the special touches, extras in the kitchen pantry, and exceptionally clean. It was located in prime position whilst also being private and quiet. Close to amazing restaurants and cafes, walk to the beach and shops. Pool was beautiful and clean, and the gardens so well manicured and lush. Nothing. I wish I could have stayed longer.
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Michelle (10/5): Great home and location - Spacious, bright and clean home. Close to all the things you’d want in Byron Everything was great
- Jelena (9/5): Overall a great stay with very minimal things to fault, well-equipped, close to cafes, grocery stores, beaches and fashi - This property is in a fantastic location with cafes (Byron General Store), fashion stores (including Spell, Nagnata and Deiji) restaurants (Pixie & Light Years) and a curated local grocery store (Bay Grocer) all within a few minutes walk.
We loved that we could just pop out to Bay Grocer for fresh fruit and vegetables, morning coffee, delicious cured meats and cheeses and oven baked home-cooked meals for nights we didn’t feel like going out for dinner.
Restaurants such as Pixie and Light Years were just across the road which made heading to dinner with a toddler a breeze. All the great beaches (including Main, Wategos and The Pass) are minutes away by car so it was very easy to get around.
The Main Street of Byron was also within walking distance and it was nice to be able to walk down for some gelato in the evenings after dinner and a day at the beach.
We also loved how homely this property was, but still had that element of luxury and holiday feeling .. the master suite felt very luxe with high-end finishes, a lovely big bath and a walk in wardrobe. The kitchen was also very well-equipped and a great size, with absolutely everything you can think of included. Our only piece of feedback would be that the outdoor area needs a clean as the tiles were dirty, there was spider webs and the outdoor table and chairs needed a good clean and wipe down.
- Fiona (8/5): Great place to stay to enjoy everything Byron Bay has to offer. - Loved the outdoor area. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was a good temperature. Nothing
- Gruar (9/5): Amazing townhouse in great location - Loved the townhouse, just beautiful. Really spacious, comfy beds, pillows and couches, great outdoor area and double garage.
Loved the gated community, really leafy and quiet while still being so close to the shops, restaurants and beach. Would have been great to have a few more staples ie sugar, a couple of coffee pods, oil etc
Pool needed a bit of a clean and lounges in pool area were broken but still a great little area.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location close to town but very quiet. Nothing.
- Emily (10/5): Great accommodation, it was modern, spacious and clean. The host had lovely extras in the pantry. -
- Eamonn (8/5): Will definitely stay again - Beautiful interior, expertly finished, very well payed out
Very nice staff at getting keys Pool is public for entire, not as impressive as pics
