Simon (8/5): A great house with great facilities in a great location. - Nice big house with great facilities. Even though we booked through Booking.com we had to pay a $1000 security deposit directly to the accommodation managers which was taken from our credit car 10 days before arrival and credited back 7 days after departure. We also had to pick up the key at Nelson Bay.

Liu (3/5): Poor - The room is the right size and the bed is the right size， Firstly, all outdoor facilities require cleaning, including outdoor sofas, workspaces, and the swimming pool. Upon our arrival, the swimming pool was filled with leaves and covered with a layer of plastic, creating a negative first impression. When we removed the cover, we found a cleaning robot inside, suggesting that this cleaning should have been completed before our arrival. There is dust on the outdoor sofas and lounge chairs. Additionally, some outdoor facilities are not functional. For example, the BBQ machine is out of gas, and the owner has not provided any. The second issue is that the outdoor heater is not working properly.
Shara (8/5): Great space but need to check facilities first - Very spacious and very well equipped kitchen. Gas bottles ran out during our stay and the help centre weren't able to help aside from telling us to drive out and get new ones ourselves. The outdoor sink was also leaking.
