Important Information
Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- Christina (7/5): Nice size of bedrooms - Location Understand about not supplying sheets and towels (which was fine) but the lack of amenities for a house with 9 people for 3 days.
We wish to kept the house tide and clean there is not one tea towel to do washing up with and no hand soap we had to purchase and we left there for the next person to use. The dishwasher does not work properly so we had to hand wash everything with no tea towel provided.
Toilet paper there was 3 rolls for 9 people for 4 days there should be more suppled.
The lack of normal house hold amenities I.e salt, pepper, oil, tea towels would help this property.
- Patsy (10/5): We had a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday and would come back again. Thank you!! - Very spacious house. Loved that it had 5 bedrooms which accommodated our family perfectly. Plenty of seating for everyone. Close to beaches and shops. Found under and behind couches there were food scraps left behind. The automatic sprinklers turned on as we were packing up the car which was not ideal timing.
