Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Monika (9/5): Short walk to beaches from lovely apartment - Very spacious apartment, nice and clean. The parrots come to greet you on the balcony, which is a lovely experience. It’s also very close to two beaches. From the Booking listing, we did not realize that bed linen was not included, which was a bit unexpected for us since we arrived from another continent. However, they were very kind and helped us arrange bed linen and towels for an additional fee. The kitchenware is already quite worn and could be updated, or you may want to bring some of your own.

- Sophie (8/5): Was for a friends brithday very close to everything and staff were clear and easy communicating. - Very close by to both Nelson bay and shoal bay, was easy walking distance and then drive so quick. The property looked a lot bigger on the app than in person quite small.
- Darcy (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would use this unit again. - The location was great. The unit was very well equipped with everything we needed. It had a very nice holiday feel and was generally comfortable. I would stay here again. The main bed has a large dip in it and needs replacing. The ceiling fans are old and noisy, especially at night if you need them in Summer.

Fully stocked kitchen, big screen TV, comfortable beds, quite a private balcony that the sun doesn't belt down on all day, good off road parking. Bedroom with private bathroom downstairs. Spacious upstairs. Perfect for four adults and two kids with two cars as was our situation.
