Guest Reviews
- Sarah (7/5): Lovely escape - Setting, and sunrise, although the 'Bindis' outside the house were difficult to avoid (& I was wearing was sandals!!!).
Really comfy bed. Not a big fan of the compost toilet though it didnt smell, just weird not to flush

- Geneviva (10/5): I was a bit worried when I first drove up as I wanted something very private, but once I was there I feel comfortable. - Cute and cozy, and I love the cows that grated me when I arrived lol The toilet as I was hesitant of using it,
I never seen one of those.
- Catherine (9/5): Beautiful quiet setting - We slept with the blinds up so woke to see the sunrise over the mountains. Absolutely beautiful. Lovely quiet location. Enjoyed the fire pit as the sun went down. Bed lovely and comfy.
- Wei (9/5): Superb -
- Liam (6/5): An enjoyable experience. - Lovely little tiny home on the edge of a field.
Comfortable bed and bathroom.
Beautiful birds in the nearby fruit trees. A few cockroaches about the kitchen. Quite hot in direct sun most of the day, having the aircon unit on the other side of the bed head wall makes for a restless night.
No chickens or cows as pictured in add.
- Katrina (6/5): Our Canowindra trip - We were looking forward to our unique tiny home experience, a chance to relax and unwind. The location was rural and peaceful. We found the tiny home quite comfortable: the bed was warm and comfy. the shower was hot, there was reasonable storage space and the kitchen was quite well equipped. However sadly we feel this property is overpriced for what you get. As stated the kitchen was quite well equipped hoeever, the toaster was quite dirty with left over crumbs and dust, I was glad I had bought my own, as there was no way I was going to use it. The shelving was dusty as well, and it needed a good wipe over. We did have an issue with the location of roosters right behind the home, which meant an early 4am wake-up call. We asked the hosts to relocate them, and they obliged, but stated in response to our txt: 'thats country life!' we knew that, and thats why we chose the location, but we didn't expect them right behind the home. After relocation, we could still hear them, but in the distance, which was fine. We also had an issue with the air conditioner motor, which is located right behind the bed on the outside wall. It was very noisey and vibrated through the wall everytime it cut in and out (as we visited when Canowindra experienced with very cold nights, we needed it on in the evening to stay warm) this also impacted our sleep. There also was no wifi available, which was stated in listing when we booked. All in all, this property is quite overpriced.
- Soydan (9/5): One of the best tiny house - Great location, clean property, kind hosts.
This is a concept being in the nature, having roosters screaming in the morning is our waking up alarm and we love it. Tiny house concept is not for 5 star hotel or resort people. Bathroom door cannot be locked or closed properly.
A friendly recommendation: Please put window decals on glass pool fence, otherwise the birds unfortunately hits and dies. Central NSW has a diverse population of birds and we should care about them.
- Campbell (8/5): Quiet and peaceful - Location and quiet.
- Wei (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (8/5): Tiny house stay - We loved the location on a farm. Very accommodating hosts. Bed was comfortable and good shower pressure. Air conditioning struggled a bit on the hotter days.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (8/5): Very good - Beautiful location and perfect for me on my own
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - It was amazing to stay in such a remote area, the sunrise & sunset…it was so peaceful An eco friendly toilet can be hard to get used to
- Pamela (8/5): Very good -
- Jan (10/5): Very pleasant, convenient and an easy place to stay, Jan most accommodating. - Convenient to hot air ballooning.
Looking over the paddocks and enjoying the fire pit.
Very comfortable bedding
- Sarah (2/5): View was nice but overall could of been better with the cleanliness of the tiny home - The view, the shower and the fresh eggs Wasn’t clean at all, bugs crawling everywhere, cobwebs, gas stove was dripping with fat when we arrived it was disgusting, the lawn wasn’t mowed around the tiny home.
cooking facilities were dirty, toaster was full of crumbs, ground coffee maker full of dust.
the price was a bit steep from the fact of the place being not clean.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jaclyn (8/5): Overall it was good, just need to tidy outside - Comfortable bed good location The grass and wild oats on the fence line could have been mowed and whipper snipped, the house underneath needs looking at the bricks are broken it needs to be stabilised.
