Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Would definitely revisi - Location Cleanliness and comfort The property was advertised as “ air conditioned “ but only one unit in kitchen that didn’t seem effective in cooling living areas and no instructions
Maritsa (8/5): Great family holiday - The house had everything we needed. It had enough glasses and plates etc and the location is amazing. The realestate agent was great too when the toilet needed fixing. There is enough living / hang out spaces that it didn't feel full even with 8 people. The bottom room is very mouldy and the one aircon did not cool the rooms on very hot days. Most days there were a seabreeze and we could open some windows (others were locked and has no keys)
Doyle (7/5): Good - Location and views terrific! Good value as well. It was a hot weekend so better air conditioning and extra air con upstairs would be great. A fan in downstairs bedroom would have been more comfortable. Slliding doors need some maintenance as well
Kerstin (9/5): Great Winter Getaway - Really enjoyed the property for our winter holiday, Warming sun coming in, sitting upstairs enjoying the view of the ocean.Amazingly equipped kitchen/home. Its like a great home away from home! Aircon in kitchen was powerful. The beds, 3 out of 4 are flimsy and noisy. Had to adjust the support bars. Mattress too hard for our liking, but ok for the week.No aircon in downstairs bedroom, which is brick exposed, probably nice and cool in summer.
