• Jill (9/5): Extremely comfortable and easy to get set up. - The host acted promptly when I reported having mislaid the keys, and facilitated the delivery of temporary additional keys. (I found them, but will avail myself of the key safe instead next time;-) I couldn't work the induction cooktop - needs a few instruction pointers. (I have one too, but it's totally different.)

• Margaret (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed Lake Vista. It was generously stocked, quiet, clean and the bed was soo comfy. - It was so generously stocked, very clean. It was well situated and very quiet. Good value for money. It was perfect for our needs.

Great communication from owner. Wifi was flakey, gave up trying to use it as only found the correct network once of twice. Matress was springy, wife got sent for a ride each time I turned onto another side, flat pillow and only 1 extra to share for 2 ppl.

But we including children enjoyed spending time together in the spacious living room. Love the lake views from the balcony. The hosts are super helpful too! Will come again!

No worries, I called Aleks who resolved the issue immediately. I have to say the toilet seat is a bit too small for my partner. Not an easy problem for you to solve. It was fine for me.

• Aditya (10/5): Best choice for an extended family to stay together. - A very well furnished house, probably one of the most equipped kitchens I have seen in a rental accommodation. The Laundry had all the amenities. The beds were comfortable and nice clean linen and Towels. The three full bathrooms helped a lot in the mornings. Full range of Toiletries were provided. Also basic essentials for cooking like soices etc. were supplied. I was there with my family and my parents and honestly I would consider myself lucky, I booked Lake Vista and had such a comfortable stay. All the best and Many thanks to Aleks. The only thing which I will mention - more so a heads up for someone in future. The rooms do not have fans. They are well insulated and do have heaters. If you are someone like me who feels hot without a fan, then come prepared. There was a floor fan supplied sitting in lounge room but I was too lazy to use it in bedroom. There is also Air Con in main lounge but it is too far to cool the bedrooms. I guess there would not be many hot days in Jindabyne.

Needs a little TLC and some sound-proofing : - Location in a quiet street above the town, nice to have a kitchenette, very nice to have a washing machine! There were lots of leftover products for the bathroom, kitchen and laundry which was really good and the kitchen was well-equipped. Great heating and warm comfortable beds. Lots of noise from the above apartment and there was an odd garage setup where the upstair tenants used the garage and front door (locked off) of the downstairs apartment, which meant the noise from their stairs was very loud in our apartment. Less of a big deal if it wasn't three young men who were super loud at 6am every day! Lucky we get up early too! Also no wi-fi!! Bare wooden floors were cold - a floor rug would've been nice! Also the kitchen and bathroom cupboards need a good wipe-out - lots of food crumbs!

• Zara (9/5): Superb - The kirchen, laundry, bathroom, lounge and bedroom are all well equipped. Everything you need (although, I did bring my own Soda stream and hand held blender. I would not have expected the unit to have that. The laundry has washing powder. The kitchen has tea, cooking oil, salt, plastic wrap etc. Bed comfy. Nothjng!
