A casa é simples mas é confortável e situada em um local muito bom, conseguimos descer apé no centro todos os dias a noite, o que foi uma mão na roda pois a cidade tem muitas ruas estreitas e algumas um pouco inclinadas demais para ficar andando de carro. Outro ponto positivo é que tem padaria e vários mercadinhos próximos tbm.
