All rooms are equipped with heater,AC ,TV , a projector for home theater 🥰 some appliances weren't working such as night lamps, outdoor lights
- Kavish (9/5): Great space for big groups with kids. - Great roomy place. Good house setup for big groups. The kitchen oven was a bit unclean but the rest of the house was clean. It almost just looked like the cleaners just forgot to clean the place.
- Michael (5/5): - No much Traffic noise
Sofa too low

- Kathy (10/5): If only all Australian hosts and properties were this good. - Space for 3 generations- spotlessly clean and modern with a relaxing atmosphere
- Michelle (8/5): Big house plenty of room - Tea/coffee at the venue. We had been travelling all day and just wanted a cuppa on arrival…
Asking guests to strip the beds is a bit much
Clearer instructions on where to leave the key would be helpful

last but not least at all prices was spot on!!!
staff were too easy to deal with as we were skiing and got there late but it was not drama. Honestly, it was that I had to leave

- Megan (10/5): Overall fantastic, comfortable house. Could easily stay a month as the house is so well equipped. Lovely bonus being abl - Location close to town, spacious with lots of room for extended family get away. Being able to use the facilities at Alzberg No curtains/privacy from neighbours in the bathrooms
- Charlie (9/5): Superb -
- Elena (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay. Comments are constructive only - Location was very good. There was no breakfast There should have been a privacy screen on the bathroom windows.
There are a number of touch ups to be done with painting etc. Understand there is still a lot of work to finish the renovations.
We found an empty stubby under one of the couches.
Some of the cooking fry pans were not very clean including utensils and back splash.
Instructions for how to use the cooktop for those that have not used induction.

Kids had a blast during our stay. The host is very nice and prompt in any help needed. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward for another one there.
- Tessa (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (2/5): Trip to 1972 - This place has been massively photo shopped, the house is really old, cold and the kitchen needs a massive makeover. I paid top rate was extremely disappointed
- Brianna (9/5): Superb - Great location and good service.
- Sultan (1/5): Bad - Very bad The staff
- Chloe (9/5): Superb -
- Rhonda (8/5): Very good - Very clean and felt safe. Great location and very quiet Liviingroom smelled of dampness
No longlife milk
Kitchen was very dated
- Nicole (2/5): buyer beware, a complete scam, very dissappointing. - the couches were comfy although old, location was good all photos are heavily photoshopped and the property looks nothing like the pictures. the advertisement boasts a fully functional kitchen yet there’s was no dishwasher, foil, baking paper or glad wrap, containers to store food in, olive oil or salt. the front right burner of the stove didn’t work. only one light in the kitchen worked so you have to cook in very dim lighting, there are electrical hazards all over the property including electrical leads running across rooms, smoke detectors hanging from ceiling with gaffa tape, multiple extension leads and adaptors plugged in to each other leading across rooms. the whole property was an OH&S hazard when we arrived with our children including a pot of used cigarette butts, broken tiles and broken glass, rusty nails hanging out of Pauling’s which were loose, filthy outdoor area including an ant infestation on the outdoor bar and generally very dirty. the furniture looked like it was collected from hard rubbish with seats in the kitchen all ripped, the high chair provided was damaged and dangerous with the tray falling off, we couldn’t unpack in one bedroom because the robe was full of old appliances and junk. the property can sleep 10 adults yet there were only 4 bowls and 5 forks. the sliding doors do not work and the one near the front door is impossible to close. the one to outside is also very stiff. the whole place has a musty smell about it. the bin outside was more than half full when we arrived so we’re overflowing with rubbish midway through our stay. when the owner was contacted they did send someone to clean up the outdoors, when I asked about the electrical hazards I was told if it was a grievance to me to just unplug it - but then we wouldn’t be able to use the TV. we stayed in the peak holiday period paying $1500 per night. we don’t begrudge the price and were willing to pay that but expect for that money at least clean and everything working.
- Lisa (5/5): Passable - The location was fine - close to everything. The place was very tired and smelled moldy. The bathroom was very basic. Old and tired. Smelled but they had a lot of rain so maybe something was wet. Very basic for the money.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Three couples enjoyed our overnight stay beds were comfortable. We would have appreciated milk in fridge otherwise all facilities suited our needs.
- Jackie (8/5): Very good -
- Julian (8/5): Very good - Email wasn't clear for instructions to pick up keys
- Peter (9/5): Superb - great for our group all good
- Amit (9/5): Superb -
- Delyth (7/5): pleasant stay for a group of female golfers. we were able to eat in and be social large living area. - Heating in all bedrooms and main room. Able to accommodate 5 adults comfortably. 2 bathrooms and toilets shower good and beds comfortable. oven not clean. Hotch potch cutlery and china. dated kitchen. superficial clean only dust in many areas. furniture too low for ageing guests
- Stacey (7/5): Good -
- Paul (4/5): Disappointing - Facilities were generally poor. Being a ski destination during the winter season, there was nowhere to dry any clothes. As a minimum there should be a clothes drier. No BBQ or anywhere to cook outside. Most door locks to toilets were not working. The place was built around 40 years ago and it does not look like any money has been spent on the place since. Upon arrival, there was a musty smell to the whole house.
- Praharsh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Colin (8/5): lovely great family getaway house Thankyou - comfortable
had everything available
- Trixc (8/5): Roomy, complete and lots of perks! - The living room and bedrooms are really spacious. Also, we got everything we need especially in the kitchen.
On top of that, they’re flexible and very accommodating as we got to do early check-in and late check-out. We had discounted rates as well at Alzburg resort for our ski hires and complementary snow chains 👍🏽👍🏽 Maybe it’s about time for a renovation.
