• Carole (10/5): Great stay, great location - Spacious self catering apartment with everything you need, ideally located in the centre of town with easy access to a variety of restaurants, as well as the Penkenbahn cable car lift. Appreciated the daily staff visit to check towel needs and empty the kitchen and other bins. Recommend cooling the bedrooms as needed with open windows before retiring when you should then close the windows due to echoing street noise from loud inconsiderate people in the main street in the early hours. Closed windows offer good sound reduction.

• Valeria (7/5): Nice but a little impractical - -nice breakfast -location -modern and clean room -diversity of saunas and a rooftop pool -when staying in the apartment you have to walk out into the main street to go for breakfast and spa as the main building is not connected -the room was very warm so we had to sleep with an open window, but then it was a bit loud

V pohodlné pěší vzdálenosti k lanové dráze a zároveň přímo u hotelu se nachází zastávka busu Green Line, který vás doveze na Hintertux. - Krásné spa. - Výborné bohaté snídaně. - Moc dobré jídlo v místní restauraci. • Alfred (8/5): - Location, cleanlines, Very friendly staff. Don't try the restaurant!!! Tried once - the tomato soup was SALT soup with ketchup + cold. The croutons where pieces of bread which stayed probably for hours in the soup. The Greek salad was made with at least one day old, the olives were the lowest quality. My ravioli was hard, looked very bad, tasteless to say the least. No gravy or anything. Left everything on the table while the waiter didn't seem surprised and didn't ask how come. And for these two soups, salad and ravioli we paid 66 Euro. Outrageous! A shame.

• Kitti (9/5): A great stay - Pool & spa was amazing. Breakfast included which was surprisingly very good! Walking distance to ski lift and bus stop opposite for glacier. Room cleaned every day and convenient ski & boot room. The rooms were so warm with no option to control the heat. We had to sleep with the windows open and unfortunately the noise from people on the street woke us up every night - ear plugs recommended.

• Rene (9/5): Schönes Hotel, alles gut erreichbar. - Der Pool ist top, liegt aber im Nebengebäude, ist auch vorher so beschrieben worden. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
• Patrick (9/5): Ein super Hotel für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt. Das war nicht das letzte Mal - Frühstück war super und sehr viel Auswahl. Der Spa Bereich mit dem Pool auf dem Dach war einfach nur mega schön. Wir hatten ein Apartment was sehr sauber und groß war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Einzig die Lautstärke von der belebten Straße war etwas nervig. Der Zugang zum Haupthaus könnte anderes realisiert sein und nicht vorne an der belebten Straße vorbei führen.

• Eva (10/5): Platz zum Wohlfühlen - Zimmer modern, schönes gerãumiges Badezimmer. Sehr zentrale Lage, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Seilbahn alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück(sehr gut und sehr freundliche Bedienung)und Wellnessbereich ( sehr empfehlenswert)im Hotel daneben, war für uns kein Problem. Receptionsmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Platz für Räder vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles gut

• Sarah (8/5): Excellent hotel with a wonderful spa. - Easy check in, friendly, allowed us to store suitcases before and after. Food at breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with gluten free and lactose free options. The spa area was wonderful. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable with a small fridge and a safe. The shower had good power and the balcony was great. Dinner was also super tasty. The MANNI home was so hot! The foyer was boiling and it made our efforts to cool our room fruitless. We had both doors to the balcony open all the time and still woke up in the night and had to go stand on the balcony. Even a fan would have been helpful. The same went for the spa area and gym. There needs to be air con in a gym! It was too hot to use.

• Philip (9/5): An impressive apartment. Spacious and modern. Use of the Hotels amenities spa,etc,was a real bonus. - Self catering. Location superb and use of Hotel spa was a real bonus. Some of the kitchen units need some attention,ie, out of line. Only a minor detail, everything was good.

The location was great, very close to ski hire and ski lift and the use of the hotel pool next door was amazing at the end of the day. Needs an oven to enable full self catering. The 2 single adjoining rooms need blackout curtains as there is a security light in the alley outside that goes on and off all night.
• Matan (4/5): Disappointing - Our room was in a building next door which means we had to walk through the street to the dining hall and spa. This was especially uncomfortable while wearing a rob and flip flops in zero degrees and rain.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Fantastic facilities and location for a perfect family skiiing holiday - Amazing outdoor rooftop pool - great for apres ski to ease the body - pool started indoors then went outdoors, was very warm and magical with the snow on the ground and Christmas lights around. Great spa, sauna, infrared cabin with relaxing music to help with tired muscles after skiing. Apartment was very comfortable and cosy- nicer than in the pictures - mattresses and pillows were just the right balance of comfort and support, plentiful supply of towels and kitchen and bathroom essentials. The apartment was warm and spacious, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms (4) for our family of 6. Fantastic location with great cafes, restaurants, ski hire, ski cable car for piste access, supermarkets and bakeries within a few minutes walk or next door. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great holiday! Nothing! It was ideal for our needs. Kitchen scissors and a combination microwave/oven with instructions would be a useful addition to the kitchen. There was a steam oven and a microwave/grill (but I wasn’t sure how to work this as there were no instructions).
