It's the best apartment in a block of 5, and the only apartment on the ground floor with a large outdoor garden area with comfortable table and chairs. We enjoyed sitting outside and it was private with lots of trees and greenery. The apartment has everything you need, renovated bathroom, kitchen with all facilities to cook meals. Great comfortable beds. One of the cleanest places my mum had seen in her Airbnb experiences. She wants to come back and stay at her next Melbourne trip. Vivian was really very helpful.
- Imad (7/5): Good - Very good location for public trans, shoping and food. Toilet seat civer is lose. Linen are not crisp clean. Unwanted kitchenwear made the it unorganized anx bit jamed.
- Jennie (9/5): Beautiful unit, close to hospitals and transport, handy to everything - The unit is in a great location with proximity to the hospital. plenty of room, quiet, comfortable. It had an alternate access to the unit through the kitchen at ground floor level which was good for us. Off street parking handy. A well equipped kitchen and modern. Nice touches were board games, and a few starter options like oil and salt and pepper.
I loved being able to look out on the green palms and ferns it was just divine and so relaxing.
The beds were super comfy. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms helped with sleeping on warm nights.
The bathroom was large and the washing machine was very handy. Everything was very clean and ordered. Despite needing the unit for a hospital stay for one of us, we enjoyed staying in the unit. lovely access to coffee, just across the road in the park, restaurant and supermarket nearby. Also centrally located for other areas of Melbourne.
Our host was very helpful and arranged everything to help and was flexible with extending our stay as well. Not much. There were a few ants in the bathroom, but a minor issue.
