• Eva (8/5): Genieten - De omgeving is prachtig, inclusief de tuin en de rust is heerlijk. Ook is het een ideaal huisje voor met het gezien. Genoeg slaapkamers, babybedje, spelletjes en ook de woonkamer en keuken hebben fijne grote tafels. Ook het parkeren bij het huis is heel handig! De staat van apparatuur kon iets beter. Zo was de vaatwasser aan vervanging toe en was het bedienen van de oven lastig omdat de symbolen van de knopjes onzichtbaar waren geworden met de tijd. Een instructie kan dit tevens oplossen.

• Reinhold (8/5): Juist zoals we verwacht hadden.👍 - We waren zelfverzorgend. Heerlijk de natuur rondom onze vakantiewoning en totaal rustig. Met gezelschap van de kippetjes. Plezant!😉 Niets! Alleen misschien iets aan het venster in de badkamer tegen de zon, om de warmte buiten te houden. s’ Avonds konden we het venster niet open zetten. We werden geplaagd van de muggen als we het venster open zetten om frisse lucht, met het licht aan.

• Daria (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable cottage for family or group of friends, nice countryside area with convenient commute to Gent, Bruges, Brussel, Lille. Chickens on the backyard as part of the village vibe:) Enough space for 6 people, well-equipped kitchen with all needed, barbeque provided by hosts, house is very warm for winter stay, big bathroom with bath and shower. Old-school, but very good sound system, we listened music on provided CDs, good sound) fireplace as bonus for winter holiday. A bit uncomfortable to use only one toilet separated from bathroom on the ground level, when the bedrooms on the 1st. All the furniture from 00s, but for us it wasn't a problem, in opposite it gave us feeling of the cottage from the childhood. And it is worth the price.

• Johanna (8/5): Our stay was wonderful. The house was charming and quaint and the area was simply beautiful. - The location is beautiful; in the middle of nature, cows and chickens. We had the fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast :) The house was very roomy, cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults in our party. One drawback for me was the lack of a WC on the second floor bedrooms area. The house was somewhat old fashioned and could use some upgrades.

• Tomas (9/5): Great house for a big family to stay. - The house is not new, but very cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for a big family. the house could be more heated on arrival, but it's not a problem as there is a fireplace and also the possibility to adjust the desired temperature in the thermostat panel.

• Isabel (7/5): Cozy house to be for a calm weekend - The terrace was amazing. Chickens around and in the middle of the nature. So calm place and quiet make us rest properly. Cozy place to be with family and friends. It was not totally clean. It wasn't planned the delivering of the key. Old towels and shampoo and gel not present. So far for Genth, only possibility to go by car. By car was 30min so I won't advice to take it to visit Genth.
• Andrew (8/5): Nice place in the country - A very well built and fitted out property with a lovely outside seating area, which is both private and shaded. The property is a large, roomy family home in a quiet village, handy for Oudenaarde, which is lovely and has a main line station, which we found very useful for trips to Brugge and Ghent. The decor, though of very high quality, may be a bit dated/dark for some people. Two of the upstairs rooms were off limits, which I believe were one of the bedrooms with ensuite, meaning you can only use the downstairs toilet, bit of an issue for older people.
