• Hayley (10/5): Excellent villa and would book again - Newly renovated and modern, spacious and comfortable beds. Georgia quickly sorted our issues with WiFi and pool on our first day Only minor issue was the downstairs shower, needs a better screen so it doesn’t flood the bathroom

• Katarzyna (10/5): - Duzy, przestronny dom, gdzie nawet przy 8 osobach nie było ciasno, 3 łazienki są ogromym plusem przy przy pobycie dużej grupy osób. Lokalizacja ciut na uboczu, dzięki czemu spokój i cisza dookoła.
• Zuzana (8/5): - Klidnější lokalita, bazén, prostorné ubytování, parkování pro 2 auta, venkovní sprcha, pračka, dostatek ručníků a nádobí, lehátka u bazénu, venkovní posezení, moc hezká pláž Minas Bay cca 5 min chůze, promenáda kolem moře cca 10 min chůze, menší obchody v okolí. Jedna z koupelen byla velmi stísněná a slabý proud vody jak v umyvadle, tak ve sprše. Některé spotřebiče nefungovaly úplně správně, nicméně personál zajistí opravu.
• David (3/5): Nicht ratsam! - Enttäuschung pur! Leider keine Luxusvilla mehr! Wir haben uns von den positiven Kommentaren täuschen lassen. Leider entsprach das Ferienhaus in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Die Bezeichnung „Luxusvilla“ mag vor 20 Jahren gepasst haben, heute ist das Haus jedoch stark heruntergekommen. Außenbereich: Das Tor, das als erste Visitenkarte dient, ist in einem desolaten Zustand. Die Farbe ist ab, das Holz splittert. Das Tor lässt sich schwer öffnen oder schließen, da es verzogen ist. Pool: Absolut ungepflegt und unhygienisch. An den Rändern war Schimmel oder Algen sichtbar. Wir haben ihn kaum genutzt. Fenster: Einige Fenster ließen sich nur mit großer Mühe schließen. Angesichts dessen überrascht es nicht, dass laut jüngsten Bewertungen die vorherige Gästegruppe ausgeraubt wurde. Bäder: eine Katastrophe! o Bad 1 (oben): Winzig klein, nur für sehr schlanke Personen nutzbar. o Bad 2 (oben): Duschvorhang war verschimmelt und dreckig. Wir haben ihn selbst gewaschen. Zudem war der Duschvorhang viel zu lang. o Bad 3 (unten): Die Dusche ist so niedrig, dass nur Kinder (max. 140 cm Körpergröße) sie nutzen können. Es gibt keinen Duschvorhang, sodass nach dem Duschen der gesamte Boden nass war. Außerdem waren Waschbecken in Badezimmern extrem klein. Selbst einfaches Händewaschen wurde zur Herausforderung. Der Wasserdruck war ebenfalls unzureichend, besonders beim Duschen. Küche: Die Körbe in der Spülmaschine waren stark verrostet. Die Spülmaschine löste die Tabs nicht auf, das Geschirr blieb schmutzig. Wir mussten alles per Hand spülen. Die Küche war sonst gut ausgestattet. Es war ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Leider war jedoch vieles nicht sauber und mit einer Fettschicht überzogen, was das Kochen wenig angenehm machte. Insekten: Bereits in den Bewertungen wurde auf Insekten hingewiesen, aber wir waren überrascht, wie groß die Kakerlaken tatsächlich sind! Das war sehr unangenehm. Zusätzlich hatten wir Ameisen in den Badezimmern.
• Simo (10/5): Good place to be with family - Nice location, and good apartment for the price. The beach is very close. And it's not so busy.
• maia (5/5): - Villa was what you see in pictures but imagine it was taken 5 years ago, pool waterproof surface was brown and it felt like dirty, it wasn’t but seems it’s too old. Location is too far from Anya Napa and there is no any taxi, all our requests were rejected from Bolt. Nearby is beach but just for swimming and sunbathing, there weren’t any beach bars and entertainment venues. On perimeter there is no any security cameras, we were robbed at night, honestly police doesn’t meters about us, our host was present women but from airport everyone were not friendly and it was our first and last visit in Cyprus

• Klára (7/5): Ár értek arányban talán már nem éri meg annyira. - Kedves, rugalmas tulajdonos, aki a felmerült problémánkat azonnal orvosolta. Jó elhelyezkedésű, jól felszerelt ház. A ház valamikor a képeknek megfelelő állapotban volt, azóta viszont eléggé leélt lett, nyikorognak az ajtók és nehezen záródnak, a medence elszíneződött, pereg bele a vakolat. A tisztasággal sem voltunk elégedettek, több 2-3 centiméteres csótányt is láttunk, főleg a konyhában.

• Panuphan (10/5): Det är bland den bästa värden jag haft på alla mina resor. Georgia är 10/10. - Det bästa med huset var värden och läget. Ligger bra till och värden var tillgänglig och väldigt bra service. Barnen älskade poolen och planlösningen var bra. Väldigt bra med parkering för två bilar också. Om något så kanske att trycket i kranen inte var jättebra i sovrummet högst upp.

• Martin (8/5): Great villa, very comfortable and clean. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated too. Thanks! - The villa was clean and comfortable. The pool ladder was very loose had two out of three steps missing and where the steps had been there were large bolts sticking out. This meant that getting out of the pool was very difficult. There were also jagged pieces of plastic sticking out of the wall of the pool.

• Mihaela (8/5): Nice - Comfortable and big, good value for money In a quiet area while close to nice restaurants Overall dated and tired property, needs updating; squeaky doors were particularly annoying while using the toilets during the night. Not quite clean, some towels were stained, the bathtub and shower caddy looked over used and terrace windows were dirty.

• Nana (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed in this house for a few days, and our stay was excellent. Georgia was very attentive and always available, helping with any questions we had, which made our experience smooth and comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need, making our stay very convenient.
• Darroch (8/5): Great location near to small supermarkets & beaches. Tons of outside space. Host responded quickly - Location was fab. Large outside space with lots of sun beds and seats. Awning was needed as it was so hot and was a great space. Lots of areas to sit/eat/sunbathe. Villa was a good size and well equipped. We struggled to get the safe to work so instructions would be good. The downstairs shower is open and the floor constantly got wet and there was no mat which meant the floor was slippy. We were there for 10 nights so a clean set of sheets and towels would have been nice half way through but we washed the towels easily enough. The air conditioning in the main bedroom didn’t work quite as well as the other rooms which worked perfectly.
• Sally-anne (10/5): Exceptional - The villa was clean and spacious. The pool was fresh and clean and cleaned a few times during our weeks stay. Close to a couple of beaches within walking distance and easy to drive to nissi bay and fig tree bay. Absolutely perfect villa for what me and my friends needed to unwind and relax and let our hair down! Owner communicated via WhatsApp and was very helpful and friendly with any queries I had. The access code for gate onto complex is really high.. you have to get out of the car to put code in.. not a massive problem just a bit of a nuisance!

Area is nice and quiet, perfect for families. Host was very responsive with all our questions. We were given clear instructions to check in and how to arrive at the house. We will definitely return. Nothing at all.
