- JOSIANE (9/5): - Localização e condomínio excelente. Casa muito boa, 4 excelentes suítes, varanda maravilhosa com vista mar, uma praia particular do condomínio, enfim, maravilhoso. A casa está precisando de manutenção, especialmente armários dos quartos. As toalhas e lençóis estão bem desgastados.

- Lyvia (10/5): - Os ambientes e a casa tem tudo que vc precisa, além do caseiro e da proprietária serem extremamente atenciosos. Estadia muito boa e confortável. Vista linda, condomínio muito acessível, inclusive para idosos e pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade. Um pouco de poeira, mas eu entendo q foi relacionado a uma obra na casa ao lado. Não teve nada a ver com os proprietários.
