• Zenir (8/5): Great location - The apartment was really good located, and it was comfortable for 2 people. It didn’t had a hairdryer
• Alberto (4/5): Never again - location The worst was to receive the policies AFTER closing the NON REFUNDABLE reservation and those policies do not allowed visitors, when what I was going to do is visit and be visited by relatives and friends. These policies should be disclosed BEFORE HAND. The apartment's bathroom was dirty, the sofa was stained, the freezer was covered with ice, the A/C was set in one temperature and you couldn't lower or increase fan speed or temperature, also very old and noisy. , TV had no channels, only apps, Sunday at 7 in the morning they were pushing furniture around in the apartment beside mine, to clean up for next clients, thing is the walls were thinner than paper, so loud was the noise. The parking area was very small and cramped,easy to bump in columns and walls,especially if you need to drive down to S2. The person answering your messages at Booking was very condescendent and , at the end, sent a message warning me that they would "write a review" about me, it felt like a threat to avoid a bad review from me. All in all a bad experience that I won't repeat. Oh! Did I mention that in their last message I was asked to get rid of the garbage, even though I paid $165 for "cleaning fees"? Unbelievable! How they got their reviews is beyond my comprehension.

• Donato (10/5): Exceptional and convenient location near Paulista - The location is unquestionably the main attraction, offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility. In addition, the facilities are top-notch, providing everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The high level of security ensures peace of mind, and the extensive resources available on-site make it a truly exceptional place to be. I did find myself missing a microwave, and I encountered a few issues with the facial access system, which was a bit frustrating at times. However, aside from these minor inconveniences, everything else was perfect, making my overall experience highly enjoyable.
• Adrian (8/5): Very good - Great location three minutes away from famous Avenida Paulista. There's a supermarket round the corner. Clean apartment with bedroom and kitchen. The caretaker Vede is a nice friendly person always ready to help. He's an asset to the company. All in all it was a pleasant stay.
