Guest Reviews
- Ian (10/5): 4 day escape - Great location and amenities Sky light in one room
- Rowley (6/5): -
- Gabrielle (8/5): Gorgeous location, spacious family - Spacious, location There was a terrible smell, unsure if it was drains or a dead animal
- Jess (8/5): - Amazing place to spend with family. Thank you. Everything!
- Beth (9/5): Lovely home for 9 people to gather for a perfect family beach holiday. - It's a perfect home for a family gathering. A lovely walk to a number of magnificent beaches. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very accommodating, responsive and friendly host.
- basel (8/5): I loved this place just need to be sprayed - Location and design There are too many spiders. The place needs to be sprayed for both ants and spiders. There is also a room on the ground floor that has a damp smell and needs the window to be opene
- Karim (9/5): - Excellent comms - spacious - loved the sound system.
- Inthasone (8/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): Worked out well for a group of work colleagues for a short stay. Well presented house -
- Paul (7/5): Good - One of the bedrooms upstairs where single beds were located has no curtain or blind to cover the window or skylight which made sleeping uncomfortable and children got woken up early as soon as daylight breaks.
We would like to suggest that the owners will install blind for skylight in time for our next booking for our children's visit from overseas which is on Friday 28 Feb 2025 for 4 nights.
Also, we are concert about the safety usage of the glass cook top which is very old and has chips on the corners which might trigger electrical shot when turn on. Hope owners would look into its replacement ASAP.
- Robert (5/5): Passable - There were so many signs and notes stuck everywhere that we felt we were walking on eggshells during our stay. The dishwasher was broken and when we highlighted it with the hosts they advised they were already aware but had not told us this. The downstairs bathroom and front entry were soaked on arrival and did not dry during the course of our stay, we had to mop it up with towels. Despite having a coffee machine there were no coffee pods (even just enough for the 1st morning) or sugar. There was no washing powder and there were no bin bags despite all the warnings about emptying rubbish. There were warnings about being charged if the bins weren't taken to the kerb & emptied and yet when we arrived both bins were full to the brim - we were still asked to put the bins out on behalf of the previous guests. There were some beds we were dubious as to whether the sheets were actually clean as we found hair under the sheets and on the pillow cases in more than one room. The stovetop was covered in grease when we arrived. Note: the majority of these issues are related to the cleaners/housekeepers rather than the property itself.
- Dave (10/5): Great stay in a big home - Stunning property, modern and well equipped. In a beautiful setting. Note that one of the bedrooms is only accessible by another bedroom. Fine for kids but tricky when it is all adults.
- Hongyan (7/5): Good experience. Garden is brilliant - Space and garden The bed linen hasn’t been changed at the downstairs bedroom and saw hairs from previous guests.
No shampoo at the downstairs bathroom either.
- Sam (9/5): Superb - Property was nice clean and spacious No Airconditioning
- Maria (9/5): One full of memories - we will return. - Everything about this property is exceptional. Its location the Jarvis Bay White Sands Beaches was prefect.
- Linda (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and well-appointed.
- Mark (6/5): Nice house in a great location. A couple of the bedrooms are a bit hard to use. - Great location a short walk to Greenfields beach. Spacious house. The place was clean and the bathrooms were good. Lovely fully stocked pantry of spices, olive oil etc. Makes such a difference. Fit my family of 6 in easily. Great selection of books for kids to read. Very serviceable laundry. There are 5 bedrooms but 1 of them has a skylight in it so depending on time of year isn't great if you want kids to sleep past sunrise. The bunk bed bedroom only has access through a bedroom with a double bed so fine for a baby or small kids who need to sleep close to parents but not ideal for older kids. Outdoor dining area isn't great.
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
