• Tamara (3/5): Stay somewhere else!!! - Would definitely NOT recommend this place! This is my first ever review, never felt the need before but here we are…. There was a used bandaid under the couch. A used scrunched up bandage in a pot place up stairs. Rolled up bunch of hair on one of the bathroom floors. Some weird disgusting goo growing on the tap outside. Outside was dirty, and weather beaten. Even though the booking showed an 11am checkout time the host message us to get out at 10 because he had others wanting to book in at 1pm as this was a special golf weekend. Shower plugs covered in mould. Absolutely appalling, especially paying top dollar for a tired, dirty property. Told the host about the cleanliness and he just ignored my comments and told me that the cleaner was coming regardless. Had he been apologetic or not insist on kicking us out early I probably would have forgiven the disgusting condition of the property and terrible service from the host.

• Melanie (9/5): Great stay at very tidy spacious private town house. - Owner very easy to deal with and very responsive. He replaced pillows and bought pillow protectors upon request. Place was spacious and nice little private yard. Close to everything. No milk on arrival. Old stained pillows but replaced quickly so all good.

Coles and Dan Murphys across the road (nb: supermarkets close early in Adelaide). Neighbourhood seemed nice. Train not får away. Beach short car ride. Would stay again.

• Scott (1/5): Didnt happen because of the late cancellation by the property owner - I booked this property a week prior to our stay. It was cancelled on the day of our arrival before we had a chance to check-in. It was apparently double-booked. No communication from the owner despite repeated attempts. Alternative accommodation offered by Booking.com was a few hundred dollars more expensive. No other offer of compensation for the late cancellation.

• Danielle (7/5): Easy to find, off street parking - I liked the off street parking and the mast bedroom mattress was comfy. Easy to use kitchen. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a flat sheet on the bed. The bathtub had dirt or sand on the bottom. Needs a good dusting. The neighbours were having a party with very loud music until about 11pm.

• Suzanne (9/5): Chic and Pet-friendly - The townhouse was spacious, clean, well-presented and well-equipped. It is really rare to find a stylish, modern property that is pet-friendly. There were lots of nice little touches like Netflix, Nespresso machine and a TV in the master bedroom. Although it is close to a busy road, we didn't notice the traffic noise The heating upstairs was brilliant, but the house was pretty cold downstairs. (It didn't affect us, but guests with a car that is wider than a mid-sized SUV might find it challenging to get in and out of the carports.)
• Kristen (10/5): Friendly host, nice tidy townhouse which had comfortable beds & furniture aswell as well-appointed kitchen. Convenie - Great layout in this townhouse, fantastic location with shopping plaza/eateries & pub literally across the road in easy walking distance. Couple of extra bath towels would have been handy for girls with long hair post-shower!! Facewashers not supplied!

• Rikki (8/5): Clean and good value with everything you need! - Great house with everything you need. The host is very responsive. There was a minor issue when we arrived and he fixed it immediately. Thanks David! The place has washing machine and dryer (and detergent 🤗) hairdryer, and lots of condiments in the kitchen... The heating downstairs is not very effective but not much to be done about it really. Upstairs where the bedrooms are is lovely and warm.
