• Grant (8/5): Wonderful beachside holiday - One the best appointed rentals I've stayed in. The kitchen and living were so functional. Every conceivable utensil, plate, bowl, and cooking utensil was there. Magnificent view. Air-conditioning in the living area worked well on the 36-degrees day. Broken flyscreen in bottom unit. Dusty inside and out, and it needs a good deep clean. It was clean. I'm just fussy about dust.

• Pia (8/5): Excellent views and great living/dining space! - Loved the modern kitchen, open to the dining and large living area. It was very spacious, huge tv for the afl grand final, and very effective fireplace. Balcony was well located for viewing the bay and had a bbq. Honestly the best views we've had in Gracetown and we got to see the whales everyday from the house! The bedrooms all had old style blinds that were quite thin, which unfortunately meant bright light into the rooms with the sunrise. Also the sleepout (bedroom 4) has no powerpoints so you couldn't have a bedside lamp or charge your phone.

Beautiful sw - well stocked kitchen (just like home), plenty of space, lovely view from inside and out (deck), private, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Nothing. it met all our needs
