- Paul (9/5): - Lovely location with fantastic shade and and a beautiful green outlook.
The house is lovely and cosy also.
- Penny (8/5): Very relaxing, very cozy and comfortable house. - The house was very cute, the interior decorations were really nice, nice bedding, comfy bed and sofa with nice clean cushions.
The fireplace is electric, however looks cozy and the central heating is warm air vents in the floor, keeps every room in the house warm and delightful! The entrance to the house is actually on a side street down the side of the property, this would have been good to mention in the arrival emails.
More serving dishes in the kitchen could be good.

- Rowena (8/5): Will book again if in the area. - Facilities, attention to detail. Kitchen equipment all the essentials were excellent. Comfortable heating. Clean. Family friendly, yard was great for kids. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Location great. Probably need to look at the mildew / mould smell in master bedroom cupboard.
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Peta (9/5): Good location, a clean, well appointed quaint cottage - The property was quaint and clean and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. Sadly the lounge and arm chairs were not at all comfortable
- Deirdre (8/5): Blue Mountain Adventure - Great location.

Well - equipped kitchen No garden seating.
Utility shed untidy.

- Anthony (10/5): You have my heart. Super love it - The home is very cozy and clean. Perfect place Lack of lights only
- Clara (9/5): Lovely place! - Beautiful interior decor and cosy heated toilets (we visited in autumn). Nice big space. The bedsheets were a little rough.
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (9/5): Lovely clean, comfy and warm stay with everything you could need -
- Gammie (8/5): Curate’s egg - Delightful retro cottage. The bed was very very comfy, the shower (and bathroom) excellent, good kitchen, good laundry, nice sitting room (though could do with more light) and lovely to have a separate dining room. Terrific balcony for sitting and watching the world go by. Artwork was special - as was Blackheath and the nearby movie house at Mount Victoria. (1) We couldn’t work out how to open the windows so had to open the front and back doors to get any fresh air.
(2) The ‘Welcome Pack’ would be better described as ‘You’re Not Welcome Pack’. The antagonist language was astonishing. Never seen the like.
(3) Do make sure you check what the managing agents (not Booking.com) need for letting the property. We thought their email demanding our financial details was a scam.
- Sam (9/5): Superb - A/C in most rooms was good. Instructions about the house could be improved.
- Louis (9/5): Superb - It was very cozy & comfortable for 2 adults & 2 kids.
- Gillian (9/5): Neat cottage for a small family. - Very neat and clean. well equipped kitchen, pantry stocked with condiments, really comfortable beds. nothing not to like.
- Wong (9/5): clean , nice - good like it
