Guest Reviews
- Michael (10/5): Great stay and plenty of space - Great location right on the main strip and across the road from the Jurien Bay Hotel.
When we stay up there again, we will would love to get this place
- Jean-Pierre (10/5): -
- Yvonne (9/5): - Lovely place great location, clean and spacious. The fridge makes a mechincal sound all the time. May he the motor or something.
- Molly (7/5): Lovely comfortable stay felt like home away from home - Good location and good layout Needed a bit of updating in areas but did the job!
- Helen (8/5): -
- Sonita (7/5): Overall it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you for hosting us. - Very convenient location and within walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and magnificent coffee spot almost right next door. Comfy beds and spacious for 4 adults. Good outdoor spaces to social in. Would not stay with kids as the poor people sleeping downstairs will have a terrible time with any movement upstairs as floor noisy and bathroom downstairs makes it inevitable to not move between levels all hours of the day.
Glasses other than wine glasses extreme tiny, could do with some improvement.
One dinner plate has small cracks that we avoided using. No dishwasher and one sink with a stationary tap that makes washing dishes a bit tricky, especially bigger items. This sounds like nit picking but just feedback on small things that might be easy to improve on? Ants nest next to the double bed in the downstairs bedroom that might need some attention.
Reticulation went off early every morning and sprays onto windows downstairs which makes sleeping in a bit impossible.

- Nicky (3/5): Lovely location but sadly property wasn’t very clean 😞 Bedding was dirty, even the clean bedding had stains on them. BBQ - Great location! Not very clean, bedding dirty, quite dated…

- Kallum (1/5): Never again - It had a bed to sleep in atleast… No power at property and the owner made sure to leave it till he knew we’d left Perth to let us know as it was out well over 24hrs prior. When you get there there is cameras on you, no privicy whatsoever it’s kinda creepy. The owner didn’t care that there was no power fuel or food in town and we had to find a local to help us…. They don’t budge nor communicate on a slight refund when you lost all your food. Due to no fridge nor power
Better yet… black mould in and behind all the tiles in the bathroom they’re covering up with a quick clean each stay- it’s very bad how quickly it grew back in 3 days
Not to mention the heat stroke I suffered because of the lack of facilities avaliable to me and my disability. Thanks for nothing! Waste of time
You get central views of the caravan park and have to go up and down the stairs 100 times just to move around the house…
- Roslyn (7/5): - One of the old holiday homes of Jurien Bay that are slowly disappearing. Location was excellent. Lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking items. Single bathroom that was downstairs
- Cedric (5/5): - Large dining table
Location Barbeque was old and not clean
Took.our holiday time cleaning barbeque for our dinner
- Claire (2/5): NOT PET FRIENDLY - Easy check in and out. Location was great. This property IS NOT PET FRIENDLY as advertised. We were only informed our dog wasn’t welcome inside after paying the non refundable booking. The yard had a half size gate so not completely secure. The wind was so strong so no comfortable place for my dog to stay outside. Our dog is old and has separation anxiety she is medicated for. Worrying about her the two nights ruined the trip really. False advertising as pet friendly. I’ve booked so many pet friendly accommodations off bookings and never had this issue.
The bed sheets smelled stale and the oven was covered in a build up of grease. The windows need a clean.
- Heidi (10/5): -
- Laura (7/5): -
- Lee-ann (9/5): - A very spacious family holiday home that allows pets. The outside space was great.
- Kim Cuong (1/5): Very expensive for small family . - Very old . Very expensive
- Judith (10/5): -
- Ball (8/5): Convenient for our family for one night both the property and the location - Convenient for where we want to stay.
Even though we were there one night if you were there longer had everything you would need
- Lacey (9/5): -
- See (8/5): - The location is superb and the kitchen is well equipped.
- Yuan (8/5): - Very good location, opposite the IGA. 2 bedrooms in the upstairs, kitchen in the upstairs, and just one toilet and shower room. So we have to carry the luggage upstairs and up and down to the toilet and shower room.
- Newton (6/5): - Location is great. Hosts were great to communicate with. We were locked out and they fixed this user error for us instantly. Checked in when we arrive on us. One bathroom downstairs, the 8th bed is a trundle. The house itself could use a thorough clean not just a surface clean. It was a small house for 7 people. Our other guests ended up booking at the caravan park for extra room.
- Jacqueline (7/5): -
- Claudia (7/5): - Everything we needed was definitely available to us. Very good set up down stairs. A little dirty but other then that everything was perfect
- TING (8/5): - 厨房在楼上,有点不习惯,房间略小。
- SOOKTIAN (8/5): -
- Denise (8/5): Great Family Stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟 - We loved the central location, big backyard and balcony. Easy check-in with electric keypad door. The villa was very clean with everything provided that you would need for a home away from home. Oh and the beds were really comfortable. There is only one toilet, which is downstairs. Great for fitness going up and down, not so fun at nighttime. The lack of hot water in the kitchen, and ill fitting plug were a bit of an issue for washing dishes, but a quick fix with a better plug.
- Puskar (8/5): Overall we had a pleasant stay over. - Location Only one toilet
- Chloe (8/5): Very good - The property’s location was
- Brenda (9/5): Superb -
- Douglas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nigel (7/5): Great - Good Nothing
- Hodgson (3/5): Good location - Beds + bedding were comfortable and neat.
The pillows are great, sheets are fab.
Location was convenient to IGA + Ampol + Jetty.
Outdoor table + dining table was large enough to accomodate a family comfortably.
BBQ was available with gas, so that was convenient!
Lots of good things in this home, but unfortunately I’ve rated this lower due to other factors that are indeed, fixable!
Hopefully this can be constructive feedback for the owners, to accomodate future guests.
-Kitchen lacked a lot of items - no trays, only one square bowl, kitchen hand soap smelt like urine, fridge freezer smelt really bad + sand in freezer.
-No hand soap downstairs where the toilet and laundry are, just an empty container.
-Washing machine does not wash well at all, not even rinse and spin cycle helped clean washing powder residue, even from thin bathers.
-Washing line did the job but the bore smelling sprinklers ruined the whole lot.
-Sprinklers made driveway and back patio area so muddy while packing up our car at checkout, wetting every piece of half washed washing we had on the washing line!
Was really annoyed by this, with sprinklers on for an hour and having to tred suitcases through mud back and forth between 8am-9am!
Lots of opportunities for the owners to fix these issues, which could be rectified easily by renewing household items, with thorough cleaning, and timing sprinklers better.
Also Appreciate the roof over our heads and all the good things said above.
This would make a decent fisherman’s stay!
- Aaron (10/5): Stay was amazing, host was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Thanks - Arrival was easy with great communication from host. Thanks!
- Catherine (10/5): Great place to catch up with family - Great happy vibes
- Floriane (6/5): Pleasant - Close by the beach The house is not very clean
- Carly (6/5): Pleasant - Loved the location and ease of being central to everything The home wasn't cleaned very well at all on arrival. We even found numerous clothing pieces in the kids bedroom, and sheets were stained.
- Este (9/5): Superb -
- Yaqiong (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay with friends and has everything we needed. One of the bed has severe athletes foot smell that we have to keep the door open in order to sleep. It's really stinky.
- Painter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dajana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raffaella (7/5): Centrally located - Nice, spacious house, very well located close to all amenities. We were sent an incorrect code by the host via booking, which can happen. We had to call the host and he immediately helped us and sent us the correct code. When we came in, we found several dead and partly half-dead cockroaches on the ground floor. Luckily it had scoops so we disposed of them in the garden, but we didn't take our luggage into the house because of this and were glad we had only booked one night. Apparently there is a cockroach problem that needs to be dealt with by the host.
- Beata (8/5): Very good -
- Boyne (9/5): Superb - Great value for money.
- David (7/5): Enjoyable and value for money. - Location perfect. Clean and tidy. Good amenities. Nothing we didn't like. Good value for an obviously an older property
- Yang (7/5): Good -
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Enjoyed our stay The opening the door with a code
- Sukiman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (8/5): Very good - The location is great. Bedding was very good!
- James (9/5): Superb - Location, close to everything. Spacious living accommodation. Seperate TV room. Shower pressure good. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and tidy. Nothing
- Jitesh (8/5): Overall we had a good time and stayed indoors most of the time and kitchen had most of the utensils. - Good location. Outdoor furniture was of great use. Could do with a second toilet and bathroom especially when its a large group.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ethan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): A great place for a peaceful stay - As a group of four friends, we stayed for two nights at the beginning of December. We loved the handy location to the beach and the shops, we loved sitting out on the balcony. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the peaceful town and beautiful beaches!
- Rose (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent. Opposite the caravan park. Easy walk to cafes, beach, hotel. Only one airconditioner upstairs in living area.
- Shutong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monique (10/5): Brilliant location and perfect for a family or 2 to stay - Great location and amenities. Lovely service from the owners Nothing
- John (6/5): Nice stay but a bit expensive. -
- Phoebe (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Mum loved it! Said it’s the best kitchen along the whole trip!
- Cheryl (9/5): Fantastic, close to all facilities and easy walk to the beach - Location is brilliant, on the main street close to IGA, bakery, Taverns and the beach. There is a great Op Shop worth a visit and a coffee van on the beach front. Kakka Brewery is located in the industrial area, great beer and food. I like that there is always a busy holiday vibe. Central Views is beautifully decorated, comfortable and all 7 of us fitted in without falling over each other. There are stairs of course being two story but there is a bedroom downstairs catering for 4 people which was great for my Mum who is not so stair friendly due to her age so the BBQ area was well used There was a roaring Easterly wind, as our coast sometimes has, and we barbequed for dinner. It would have been great if there was a blind or some sort of protection on the BBQ end. We all rugged up and tied everything down and had a great time anyway. Just a thought for those in-between weather conditions. Otherwise everything else was spot on would definitely stay again
- Stephen (8/5): Excellent stop over accommodation for short stay. - Location was close to shops and services (supermarket and bottle shop). Our group of 5 adults was comfortable and able to relax on the homeward leg of our Kalbarri trip back to Perth. Internet and WiFi worked well and even managed to stream my own media. Only one bathroom with the toilet in the laundry. This was to be expected however as only newer properties have en-suite facilities.
- Sudarshan (6/5): Overall good. - Convenient location. Just 400 m away from the shore and shops. House was clean. Wifi worked well and Kitchen was well equipped. The house accommodates 8 people but only has 1 toilet. So we had to wait our turns. This was not mentioned n the property description. The bathroom and toilet locks were not functional, so someone had to guard the doors for privacy. The contact number mentioned in the booking were not responsive and did not return our calls as we had a few questions prior to our arrival.
- Henry (7/5): Simple stay with convenient location - The location is convenient and easy to locate. Self check in with pass code from the owners. Neat bedding and all the necessities provided. Need some tough cleaning on the stove area. The flooring need extra cleaning as well.
- Mon (9/5): Overal it’s good - It has everything you need , but you need to have strong muscle to carry luggage to up stairs . Close to IGA convenience Only one toilet , too high tech door for us to use
- Shonna (8/5): Very good -
- Amelia (7/5): Good -
- Joseph (7/5): Good value, convenient, clean and spacious - Good location, close to shops, quiet, comfortable lounge shower rose not functioning properly
- Nicholas (8/5): Very good -
- Azza_104 (9/5): Superb -
- Bodhi (9/5): Superb -
- Alice (9/5): very good! - Everything is good! like home. we have the day trip very early and go back around 9:30 in the morning. But the cleaner had already come to clean. That’s the only problem we met.
- Julian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalie (7/5): Good -
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location. East to access shops and other amenities. Very comfortable accommodation. Nothing.
- Jing (8/5): Very good -
- Ying (9/5): Superb -
- Jodie (9/5): Superb - Everything was great The cleaning wasn't to good because there was sand in the carpet when we got there
- Tayla (9/5): Superb -
- Amba (9/5): Superb -
- Huy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorrae (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped, comfortable and clean and perfectly situated. In the centre of everything.
Also dog friendly.
Owners were easy to get hold of also with any queries.
Definitely would stay there again.
- Giuseppe (7/5): Good -
- Jun (9/5): Highly recommended - The door locker is good. The rooms are very good. We like the bed and mattress, The tv room is a plus.
- Nicola (9/5): very comfortable, relaxing land - close to the beach and fantastic backyard, happy that it was dog friendly!
- Tze (5/5): Inconvenient for large group but fair stay - TV lounge is good, we prefer the lounge to the beds. The restaurants across the main road are great. The heaters work well for the cold night. Digital door is a credit. Only one toilet, with no ventilation, one bathroom for 6 people, no facial tissue, no hair dryer.
- Claire (7/5): Great location and good little place to stay, just need to update a few things for comfort. - Location was amazing, plenty of beds and good yard. Did not feel safe using the oven, smelt like gas a lot when turned on, so didn’t use.
The queen bed downstairs was uncomfortable, and dips in the middle a lot.
Had to use a lighter for stove, which was fine, but the one provided was had run or of gas and was very frustrating when it came to cook dinner and we couldn’t light the stove.
- Su (4/5): Disappointing -
