• JaeFlex (9/5): - Location and acurate advertising of the home. Was a great size for our family Soap, toilet paper and cleaning suppies were short for the number of people staying.

• Ann (8/5): A relaxing weekend with friends! - The property was spacious and great for 4 couples and 2 children. It requires some maintenance as the garage roller door was getting stuck, cleaning of fans and remote controls not working. Also not enough toilet paper was provided for the number of people.
• Chelsey (4/5): Great house, great beach access. Needs some tweaks to make it worth the money. - Access to the beach, and the house itself were fantastic! The neighbours were incredibly rude and encroached on our space constantly by staring into our pool and living area, and yelling at our children. - Some hedging or some type of privacy screen would make a big difference to the pool, BBQ and living spaces privacy and enjoyment. The house is also ill equipped in the kitchen and pantry. Lack of pots, pans and serving ware. There wasn't even salt and pepper, let alone any other staple pantry items.
• A (9/5): Enjoyable. - Well furnished, and very spacious. The lack of toilet paper, and the lack of coffee pods whilst advertising that the property had a coffee maker. There being no sugar or tea supplied in this house compared to other venues myself and other guests have stayed at.

• Maria (10/5): Well equipped home that was enjoyed by a family of 6. - Beautiful property in a wonderful Location. The single bed in the upstairs bedroom was not completely comfortable. Springs were poking out of the mattress.
• Stace (8/5): The real estate are a pleasure to deal with, could not be more professional or helpful. The house is beautiful. Location - The house is great, with lots of space It wasn’t very clean. There were toys on ground in pool yard, rubbish u der one of the beds, the fans were filthy , dust everywhere , broken pegs left on ground under clothesline, the chopping boards in the kitchen had food on them when we took them out of cupboard and generally the house was not clean . The crockery could definitely do with an upgrade and there were no platters or many cooking utensils.
• Kate (8/5): Very good - Location was fantastic, and property was beautiful, large and exactly as advertised. Staff were attentive and helpful with a few issues we had upon check in. Not enough toilet paper and no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. Also surprised that there weren’t any kitchen amenities (ie salt and pepper, sauce, oil etc). Property aircon took a while to cool down upon arrival.

• Dale (6/5): Average. The cost is way overpriced. We still enjoyed our stay as it was about family being together. - The house was chosen for the size. The pool, outdoor area, yard was lovely. The stove and oven was difficult to use. There should be a bathroom downstairs Water pressure terrible and hot water slow. Garbage bins were full and had to leave garbage in bags in the garage. No internet and staff wanted us to pick up another modem from office. They did give option of them bringing to us which I accepted. Messages from different mobile numbers and no response when we replied

Some appliances didn't work, all the pegs were broken, the BBQ was greasy/grotty and the overall cleanliness was not great. The floors were sandy and dirty and we couldn't vacuum until we unclogged the vacuum head 🥺

• Shaun (9/5): We had a wonderful time great house in a great location - House was beautiful, great little yard for the kids and close to the beach, lots of space for everyone There were a couple of things missing that would have helped greatly things like face washers, little bins in bathrooms, no soaps or shampoos and conditioners for showers . These are only small things but make a huge difference with little kids.
