Happy to return . Only concern was for front access as stairs need attention, continuous rail on both sides would be helpful

• Trent (5/5): The Mistress is a wonderful place to stay in Launceston. The central location is very convenient. - The location was brilliant for our needs - walking distance between the Elphin sports precinct and the cbd. There was a bad smell that came and went a few times - it seemed like there is a sewer blockage or something? It was most noticeable around the dining table and bottom of the stairs? The rug in the lounge area is a bit grubby.

• Pearleen (10/5): It was a warm and comfortable stay. Would definitely love to stay again when I return next. - Convenient location, really clean and comfortable place. One of the room was near the road so was a little noisy at night but not irritating.
• Arlene (10/5): Amazing location, wonderfully characteristic! It’s a beautiful place to stay 💜 - It was incredibly furnished, with perfect added touches. The home is warm, comfortable and modern, with a clear respectable nod towards the character of the home. Small touches were very well thought out, such as a speaker, phone chargers in case you forgot your own, plenty of cutlery and crockery (nothing worse than going somewhere and there’s only one pan or pot), the home was clean, light and airy. It was beautiful! The only thing to mention would be how hot the upstairs room becomes, but we suspect not much can be done about that, and the large fan was greatly appreciated!

• Thokchom (10/5): Excellent location, central to everything, walk to park shopping dining, cleanliness, well presented - To us, it was the perfect arrangement: Location was the key, Then the luxury of staying in a heritage listed high ceiling, a signature home. Everything in the home was very well thought. I would imagine coming back to this home if we are lucky again. There are no critical things that needs improvements in this home. If I give a good though into it, there is a good reason for everything at that home.

• Vikki (10/5): A beautiful property that was comfortable and within walking distance to cafes and the CBD. - it was comfortable and spacious. 3 couples stayed and we had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. the front steps were a challenge. I’ve recently had a knee replacement. A hand rail all the way to the bottom of the stairs would have been helpful.
