• Akbarzadeh (5/5): Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay. - The room was clean and tidy. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay. 1. Lack of essential supplies: The host was quite stingy. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, very little dish soap in the kitchen, and insufficient toilet paper for a group of 9 staying two nights. The kitchen paper towels were already open, and when we requested more supplies, the host asked us to purchase them ourselves. 2. Hygiene concerns: The blanket appeared unwashed, which was concerning and unpleasant. 3. Outdated property: The building is very old with an outdated design, and the beds were uncomfortable due to being overly soft. 4. Kitchen facilities: The kitchen could be significantly improved. The coffee machine was very old, and the grill was both dirty and too small for practical use. 5. Poor heating: The heating system was inadequate at first. After contacting the host the issue was resolved. Considering these issues, we feel the stay did not justify the price, and we would not recommend this accommodation.
• Ewelina (8/5): Very good - The location of this property is great! 10 min walk to the Lake and 10-15 min drive to Baumwipfelpfad Salzkammergut. The house was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Lack of bigger garden.

The location is perfect, close to town, yet a country feel. - Lots of space, washing machine, good size kitchen with large refrigerator, very comfy beds, very quiet with good views out front and back, great dining room, close to Gmunden and a beautiful area by the lake. Easy communications with owners, easy check in and check out. Loved that most of the windows had screens!!! Thank you for that. I would stay here again for sure. Could use some decorations on the wall to add some interest, color and more homey feel. Way to much white. The kitchen could use some smaller sauce pans
