Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Anita (9/5): fantastic place to stay, real estate was so helpful before and when collecting the keys, the cleaner was a little rude o - it was roomy and central to everything the wifi dropped out a lot so the tv was glitching often and not connected to an aerial that we could see so only ran on apps. minor issue though
- Countrygirl44 (3/5): pretty ordinary - There was no breakfast.......one of us had trouble fitting into the breakfast bar and we are not that large just old age bodies 4 flights @ 8 steps We are 79 yrs and no where on your application form could i find there was no elevator my husband carried the bags up and i have obstructive cardiopathy, so we felt cheated
- Nathan (6/5): Pleasant - Nice view from the Balcony. Clean property. Appreciated the bubbles on arrival. There was an additional charge to pay for bed sheets which I thought was not reasonable when it wasn’t cheap booking. The shower leaks every time into the bathroom floor and also you can’t have a bath as the plug lets water through. Also we had not much hot water even with the immersion on all the time. Several cold showers were had.
