Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Neil (9/5): Comfortable good facilities - Good location and has a view of the harbour. Very clean and comfortable. Good size rooms and lounge area. Has dishwater, washing machine and kitchen equipment. Only small thing - tv reception is patchy on some channels.
Georgia (10/5): Wonderful stay at a well equipped, clean, sunlit home with great layout, views and perfect location - The location, the layout of the property, the features and furnishings were terrific. Extra bathroom and toilet were great. The front patio / veranda with all day sun and some water views was magnificent. Beautiful, light filled home - it was perfect for us. The Wifi did not work for us. We couldn't access it, so we just used our own. A small patch of grass in the backyard for my small dog would have been perfect for those late night wees, but not essential as I just took them out the front.
