  One single room and two double rooms offer space for up to 5 people. The floors of the rooms are covered with planks or carpets. There is a television in every room. One single room is on the ground floor, two double rooms are on the upper floor. The interior bath and a small kitchen with a dining table for three people are located on the ground floor. A basic set of spices, coffee filters, etc. is available to save you extensive shopping. The rooms are small and functional, clean and inexpensive. The house is ideal for seminar groups, young travelers or fitters. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Outdoor area A parking space in front of the front door is available to our guests free of charge. Public parking bays are on the roadside. A seating set awaits you in the associated small garden. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

• Christian (10/5): Unterkunft perfekt für Anlässe an der Leuphana Universität Lüneburg - Perfekt für einen Anlass an der Uni. 5 Minuten zu Fuss bis zur Leuphana. Bus zur Stadt direkt vor der Tür. Nettes Appartment mit Terasse vor der Tür. Voll ausgerüstetet Küche. Nette Vermieterin Alles bestens
• Klaus-Peter (7/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub entsprach es unseren Vorstellungen. - Haus liegt in einem ruhigem Wohngebiet. Bushaltestelle direkt davor, für 2,60EU konnte man direkt ins Zentrum fahren. Bäcker ca 500 Meter entfernt, Lebensmittelladen ebenfalls 500 Meter entfernt.
• Mar (9/5): City trip - The location was good because their was a bus stop just in front of the house which went into the centre. Tickets can still be bought on the bus! The parking place just at the frontdoor was a bonus. The house was big enough for me with 3 bedrooms. A family of 4 could stay in it as well. I liked the terrace to sit outside. The kitchen was well equiped. -
• Ulrike (8/5): Stadt nach, ruhig und praktisch. - Parkplatz vor der Tür, Klein, kompakt, praktisch, super gelegen. Man kann das Auto stehen lassen. ÖPNV vor der Tür. Perfekt für Kurzurlaube und Monteure.
