• Carla (7/5): Good location - We loved our stay in this Byron Bay apartment. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk into town, close to the beaches, and a lovely stroll up to the lighthouse. It really made exploring Byron so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-presented. but our only disappointment was the lack of basic supplies. For four people, there was only half a roll of toilet paper in each of the two bathrooms, which meant we had to buy more during what was meant to be but our only disappointment was the lack of basic supplies. The agent did offer to reimburse us, which we appreciated, but this is something I’d normally expect to be provided as standard for a booking.com stay. In need of a little TLC (ie cupboards doors were peeling and doors were splitting). Pillows could've been better. But all in all fantastic for price paid.

• Anne (5/5): Not worth the money, spend more and go elsewhere. - The queen bed was comfortable, the layout of the place is nice.. it’s a good size, plus a washing machine was nice. Easy accessible considering I was only one stair case up, and the tv was a smart tv. There was 2 rolls between me and my sister (she stayed with me for 5 nights) so when I arrived I had to go into town to buy more since I was there for 11 days. There was no wash or soap, I had to buy that also. Aswell as liquid for the washing machine. The couch was disgusting and the general place was a bit grubby. It had a smell of moisturiser in the air so I had the doors and windows open constantly. Nowhere to sit out the front, there was 3 hard wooden chairs by themselves that were dirty that was supplied, nothing else. So I never sat out there. I payed about 3000 dollars for my time and I won’t be coming back. Plus, the walk into town was a bit annoying, especially if it was raining. I just Ubered everywhere 24/7. I’d 1000 percent pay 1000 dollars more or whatever it took to not stay here again. I’m sure it would be fine for some, but the fact that the only stuff there seemed to be from previous travellers is enough for me to not recommend.
