• John (7/5): We enjoyed our 4 day stay. Thank you. - It suited our needs. Quiet location, secure and private. Lots of hot water. Good wifi. Washing facilities. Bedside lights not present or not working Shower taps very difficult to turn off Cookware is very limited, e.g. wok is the only pan to cook in Matching wine glasses would be nice Bed pillows need replacing
• Natalie (6/5): - Very clean, pleasant. The cleaner had not finished at 3pm so I had to come back and then school traffic was blocking the whole street and not possible to get into the complex. There was only one glass. Supplies in the cupboards needs to be looked at.

The standard of hygiene is subpar: - there were skid marks and pubic hair left in the toilet, so it had obviously not been cleaned prior to my arrival - there is snot wiped on the wall in the bathroom - I am unsure when the filtered water dispenser has last been cleaned as it had stuff floating in it - the towels are all discoloured and like sandpaper - the fridge was/is covered in dust The cooking facilities do not work at a normal level: - the stovetop hardly works, it took me about 45 minutes to boil some water on the stove - there are no pans to use for cooking - the oven is inadequate; it took me over an hour to cook some chicken in the oven - I had to use the oven as there are no pans - there is only one cutting knife and it is barely sharp enough to cut anything I was a bit on edge trying to get to sleep last night as I felt quite unsafe as I am unsure if the backdoor locks properly. I can get past the cleanliness as I can clean this, but it is very inconvenient when the cooking facilities aren't up to scratch.

• James12017 (10/5): Perfect three night stay - Very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed, although we didn't self cater. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper floor but the stairs weren't a problem for us. We stayed in late October during a hot spell and the ducted aircon worked well. Easy driving distance to town and all the sights. The gated parking area was secure and the key box instructions were clear. The WiFi worked well and Netflix was available on the smart TV. The owner replied promptly to all my queries. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Irene (9/5): Superb - Thought cosy meant small - it was more spacious than expected! Very comfortable for 2 couples. Nice and clean apart from dirty shower curtain. Otherwise perfect! A wee way out of town, but didn't bother us as we had a vehicle. Lack of soundproofing, creaky stairs and sound travels in the unit, but location was quiet. Needs new shower curtain or a good soak!
