- Sam (8/5): - Location was great and the beds very comfortable The internet is very poor

- cristina (9/5): The cottage is a cozy little place with new and clean facilities close to the centre of Daylesford. - The cottage has been recently renovated. It’s clean with generous amenities (towels, crockery, coffee capsules, tissues, etc) It sits on a busy road and we could hear the traffic during the day, less at night
- Louise (10/5): Fantastic and relaxing few days stay - Beautiful cottage, very comfortable and conveniently located Nothing
- Wendy (9/5): Had a restful time enjoying the wonderful decor. The bathroom is superb. - The decor was wonderful. Great vibe. The cottage was very clean & the bed was not too soft & not too hard. There was nothing I did not like about the cottage. Some bread & jam would be a wonderful addition.
- Sharon (10/5): Great girls weekend - Location, amenities and comfort
- Anne (10/5): Excellent - All Nothing
- Brydie (9/5): -
- Rene (9/5): Enjoyable time at Cricklewood Cottage - would stay again for sure! Highly recommend. - Loved the beautifully renovated cottage. Great location. Cosy gas log fire. Well stocked kitchen with coffee pods and milk. Loved the easy access using the door code. Good beds and very clean overall. Nothing to complain about!

- Hemalatha (10/5): Delightful country atmosphere. Felt like being in a home away from home. Very well organised from check in to check out. - It was set in a nice location and really very comfortable with history to the building. Loved seeing that captured. Couldn’t complain really. It served us really well for a weekend stay.

- Corinna (10/5): Such a charming country escape at Cricklewood! - The place was exactly what you’d hope for in a peaceful country getaway : cute, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. My teenage boys especially loved the fire pit and the mini putting course (thank you for getting them off their screens!). There were so many great games provided too, which kept everyone entertained.
And the bath... don’t even get me started. It was the deepest I’ve ever experienced - pure bliss. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and a cheeky bottle of local wine (may be a limited gift) . A lovely welcome!
The beds were super comfortable, the towels were plentiful, and the indoor gas fireplace became the heart of our evenings. The electric blankets were a nice touch, though we didn’t end up needing them thanks to the warmth from the fire.Wi-Fi and the TV setup were great.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay. We walked into town and to the local market (about 10 & 20 minutes on foot), but having a car would definitely be handy if you want to explore more of the surrounding area.
- Amanda (10/5): The property was lovely. So clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Great location. We were so pleased - Comfortable, clean property with everything we needed. Nothing.
- Korina (9/5): Very enjoyable stay at Cricklewood - Lovely cottage, stunning inside and very clean and comfortable.
The outdoor entertainment area is excellent and a big thanks for the bottle of wine on arrival.
- Hema (10/5): Overall, had a great experience. I would definitely recommend cricklewood to family and friends. Had a comfortable and p - Appears to be new property, well maintained and clean. Well stocked. Mini golf and backyard were excellent. There is just small suggestion to include exhaust in the toilet. Lock system was not user friendly - Instruction was not clear on how to unlock. In order to illuminate the keypad, we have to tap it in the bottom right corner which is the lock button. This cannot be seen normally if the keypad is not illuminated.
- Alexandra (10/5): A very cute and comfy stay. - The house was set out and presented beautifully. I loved that there were different areas within the property where you could sit and enjoy the company of others, whether that is inside, on the front porch, or enjoying the outdoor entertaining area at the back. N/A
- Ashleigh (10/5): Great stay! Would recommend! - Great location, stunning property. Fantastic communication, notified us we were able to check in earlier which was appreciated.
- Peter (7/5): Good - Loved the location and the house was comfortable Parking was extremely small and tight, it could have been cleaner lots of cobwebs and bugs about.
Also was the bottle of wine complimentary no notification about it. Was disappointed that only 4 small long life milk were in the fridge a small fresh one would have been better and maybe complimentary mineral water considering what the area is famous for! Also considering the price a welcome platter would have been a nice touch!
- Bailey (10/5): Exceptional - Great setting, and the house kept cool the whole time. Close to town and Hepburn Springs Really old TV!
- Julie (10/5): Enjoyable loved the bath with the above skylight! - Very comfortable and cosy for a couple
Great set out, beautiful bathroom with a bath A lot of spiders everywhere
May need spraying
I cleaned the cobwebs off the outside windows and bench so we could sit there and enjoy the front veranda
- Morgan (10/5): Wonderful cosy stay in a beautifuly styled home with a great outdoor area. - We loved the styling and atmosphere in the property. The back yard area was great with the fire pit and putt putt. We especially loved the king beds and the fact that all glass options were available. We had an absolutely wonderful stay the only comments we had were that we would of loved a full length mirror somewhere in the property and the induction cooktop we had a bit of trouble with it turning off while cooking. But very small comments and we loved our stay and would certainly book to come back again.
- Annetteminchenko (9/5): Superb - The fire and big couches. Lovely decor
- Darren (9/5): Superb - Great location, only a short walk to Main Street of Daylesford.
Lovely place, nice bath and shower. Bed was comfortable. Little putting green in garden was nice touch too.
- Anica (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, cosy, comfortable. Very good facilities and location.
- Liz (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (9/5): Cute, well maintained property with a cute outdoor area for summer and fireplace in winter. - Gorgous, well maintained little home, great sized bedrooms and bathroom. Cosy, all that we needed for a 2 day retreat to the country including a lovely bottle of bubbles (very sweet). Will definitely return! No laundry but thats understandable given the nature of the purpose of the property. Also if I had to get specific .. no fan in the toilet, opening the window when its 2 degrees outside and having to turn up the music when you visit made it unpleasant at times.
- Evridiki (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was newly renovated, spacious and clean. Within walking distance to the town and restaurants. Both the gas fireplace and the wall mounted heating was very loud.
- Suecarlin (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous All perfect
- Lynne (8/5): Nice place to stay for a reasonable price - Perfect location

- Katrina (7/5): Good - Loved the Bathroom and king size beds

- Imen (8/5): Very good -

- Fiona (9/5): Superb -
- Ivana (7/5): Good -
- Emma (10/5): Everytbing was genuinely perfection. we were lost for words walking in. - such beautiful accomodation, it felt like home as soon as we walked in. the nod at the history of the property was an incredible touch. it was central to everything we had planned. the facilities were great, it had everything and more that we needed. none of us wanted to leave at the end of our stay nothing it was perfection!
- Rachael (10/5): lovely place to stay - design
- Mardi (4/5): Disappointing - 2 bedrooms, Gas Log Fire The carport, the broken concrete steep walkway to the front door, the cost without inclusion of breakfast provisions, the $500 bond on top of accommodation cost.
The cottage was in need of a deep clean. There was no soap provided.
It rained torrentially during our stay and we were constantly saturated getting from house to car. It was a difficult path to the house with luggage and an average small sedan could not fit in the narrow carport.
The road was also quite busy, especially noisy in the wet.
- Brett (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracie (10/5): Great place to stay. - The accommodation was amazing.
- Paula (10/5): I was absolutely thrilled when we opened the door to see how beautiful the cottage was. -
- Hasret (10/5): Exceptional - My friends and I had a great stay here. Located very close to Daylesford centre. House is beautiful, would stay again.
