- Nicki (4/5): When on holiday, you shouldn’t have to clean a property to be able to stay in it. We deserve at least a refund of the cl - Location It was filthy. Floors not cleaned, dust and rubbish left. Bedding( mattress protector, cushions etc) were dirty. Went to get a broom( none found). Laundry was filthy. Found a vacuum cleaner but as I opened the cupboard door it completely collapsed onto my foot. Outdoor area was covered in dirt, leaves and rubbish. Didn’t even bother looking at the BBQ.

- Pamela (4/5): disappointing and we were pleased to move out after 2 days. - it was a 2 bedroom unit - position was good but the veranda was dirty and we didn't even look at the BBQ. There was NOTHING there - we took own linen but there was NO washing up cloths, no dish washing tablets, etc. the place had broken kitchen doors, the veneer was cracked and on one the veneer was falling off. The fridge was very small with no door storage for bottles etc. The place felt dirty - moved a very slippery hall mat and underneath was sand etc - had to vacuum before walking around. Second night a rodent ate half a banana left on the kitchen bench. Felt terrible in the unit after that. The real estate agent oganised a pest guy who came as we moved out - very prompt service organised by the agent. The lounge looked greasy and not at all inviting. One bed mattress had small feathers coming through the sheet. A ceiling fan would be good in the second bedroom - the air conditioner was too loud to use late at night and it was hot in the unit. The kitchen door leading to a small balcony was impossible to open.
