- Aika (5/5): Too many problems to deal with - It looks nice and location was good. It just “looks nice”. And location was good. - it’s an old property which was renovated.
We booked this property because they had a BBQ set(on the picture), but it was broken. It was disappointing because the main reason we chose this property was because they had BBQ set.
Also there were couple of things not working properly or difficult to figure out. I will highlight below.
- the remote key for opening the car park was run out ( we needed to figure out how to enter the car park )
- the dish washer was not working (pressed the start button, not turning on. Tried to figure out how to use)
- there are 2 laundry machine, when we used both (1 for washing, 1 for drying) suddenly stopped working. We got told maybe the power board is down because there are lints if we put too many clothes in the dryer. But really, we just put 2 t-shirts in the drier. No lints should be there.
- there are 3 keys and really annoying to figure out which key is which. And we need to use the key to close the door from inside.
- to get the key from the safe, it was so hard to open. (Which made us think the passcode is wrong? But it was just hard to open)
- BBQ set was broken. First of all, the gas was run out.
It’s just annoying to deal with these problems when we want to have a relaxed and enjoyable holidays. I expected to be able to use things properly when we book (including what’s on the picture), but we couldn’t.
I hope all these problems to be fixed for next people staying.
Sorry I had to give all few stars, but the reasons are above. I’m not staying here again.

With keeping the above monetioned in mind, we would definitely stay again in future. - Close to everything Location can be quite noisy as it’s around the corner from Chapel St. Many loud cars drove by all hours of the night but if you didn’t pay attention it was fine. We found the bed to be really uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress just from lying down. We used the two single bed comforters for extra.
- Joslin (9/5): Perfectly located , serene and peaceful . Decor was lovely .. we had a great stay ! - Property was light and spacious . It was calm and peaceful . The host was engaging , kind and available . The welcome hamper was a lovely touch .
Shower was warm & toiletries were high quality . Kitchen was well appointed with high class crockery .
The outdoor sitting was very inviting . Weather not suitable for a bbq but that would have been very nice . Dining area , table and chairs were high class . The bed was a bit hard for our taste , so we topped with extra duvet .
Street lights filtered thru the sides of the blinds at night.
Wi-Fi connection was non existent even tho service was in place . ( This was no problem though as we had ample mobile data )

- Deborah (8/5): Thoughtfully designed modern townhouse with secure parking which is a bonus. - Well appointed welcoming space in a great location. I found the bed uncomfortable. The downstairs air conditioner struggled to heat the space.

- Brianna (8/5): Enjoyable - Great location, good amenities, pretty interior The cameras on the outside of the building looking through into the door made us slightly uncomfortable. Didnt feel like we could relax completely as we may have been being watched. A explanation on the cameras usage other than "seeing how many people go in" would have maybe made us more comfortable. And the "volume alarm" also made us feel not very relaxed as we were consistently worried that ourselves or the television would make to much noise.
Completely understand being vigilant about a property not being used as intended, these aspects just seemed a bit excessive without explanation on the extent of their usage.

- Brooke (9/5): Immaculate property, great location, all the perks you would want for a high quality holiday. - Great location, close to St Kilda and Chapel Street. Very near public transport and walking distance to attractions. House was beautifully presented and clean and it was perfect for a family of four. The owners left a local bottle of wine and artisan chocolates as an opener. Lovely touches! I would most definitely book again. Two minor pieces of feedback, it would be great if there was some milk in the property to tied us over until we can find a shop and we could have used a towel each extra per person.
