- Jeanette (7/5): With a lot of TLC this could be an amazing property - Position and view was amazing House needs a total spring clean. Most windows unable to be opened due to broken locks. No milk and only 1 black tea, teabag ( there was a few green tea bags)

- Joe (6/5): The building is tired and maintained poorly. - The view was perfect. The house was large. The beds brilliant The house wasn't clean. The shared bathroom had dirt on the floors, heavy footprints on floors all around the couch. the balcony door lock was on the floor, so door was not able to be locked, the fridge, iced water, was leaking the whole time, there were kitchen cupboards broken. The windows were all rusted and leaking air and noise. The price is pricy for a tired building

Lack of flyscreen on the balcony sliding door. Inability to open windows in the main bedroom. Lack of shampoo in showers.

- Brigitte (5/5): Beautiful setting and design but in need of work and a proper clean. - Beautiful sweeping views right by the beach. Lots of daylight. Beautiful bathroom design (but not clean). Most surfaces were smeared over rather than being clean. Pubic hair in toilet bowl was the final straw. Also the place looks tired in places in need of repairs.
