• Kylie (10/5): - Our stay was exceptional in every way; the location was ideal, and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The rooms were roomy, and the beds provided great comfort. We highly recommend staying here and appreciated the thoughtful extras such as board games, DVDs, and complimentary WiFi.

• Corrina (9/5): - Friendly owners who communicated prior to the stay with information on address and access. The house was in an excellent location close to the beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment like bowling and the cinemas. The facilities were considered with everything you would need to drop your bag, settle in and make a meal (including a BBQ), toiletries and dishwasher tablets and laundry powder to wash clothes. The decorations made you feel at home (including a Christmas tree for the festive period) and the bedrooms were comfortable. We stayed over the Christmas/New Year break and were able to make a full Christmas lunch with no issues using the provided air fryer and oven. Dave the owner went above and beyond providing a bin during the holiday period once the one on site was full and I was impressed at how that need was anticipated. I stayed with my daughter and we appreciated the little touches like provided DVDs to watch and a bookcase stocked with a range of books. The art on the walls and the little touches around the house made us feel at home. I highly recommend a stay here Nothing not to like it was a great stay.

• Karen (10/5): Absolutely loved our stay - Close to the beach shops and restaurants house very clean and comfortable pretty much stocked with everything you need 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms upstairs and a 3rd toilet down stairs off the laundry. Owners very pleasant to deal with. It’s a 50 minute drive from airport
• Lara (9/5): Perfect getaway spot - Excellent value for money and great location. We loved this spot and our two young boys enjoyed playing in the garden. It is close to the best beach, beds were comfortable, wifi was good, communication with hosts was great, blinds in rooms made it black out and blocked out a lot of the noise. Would highly recommend and would stay again if we ever go back.

• Barry (8/5): Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best, but we enjoyed our family time. - The stairs had no hand rail making it difficult going up and down. Parts of the place looked tired- like it needs to be updated.

• Sara (9/5): Lovely Coastal Walks - We liked everything about this spacious house. It was a very well equipped home and the location was excellent. A short walk to the beach, coffee shop and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. We liked the outside space too to sit and have breakfast. The traffic noise could be a little distracting at times.

There was a high chair and baby cot as well as some toys. We had the best stay and we will definitely book it again if we go back to Rockingham. Nothing.

Beds were comfortable and the house was super clean We had a large car (Toyota Kluger) which was a tight squeeze to get into the garage.

• Anh (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the beach and the place is spotless. Well equipped house + good furnitures make it feel like a real home, not a rental property. Kitchen + down stair living are quite roomy. Beds are comfy, bath rooms & toilets are very well maintained and sparking clean. A small garden + BBQ stove add a good touch. The host is friendly & responsive. Last but not least, the rent was very reasonable for us. This lets me give the place a rating of 10. We did not know the place is actually quite far from the city center of Perth. Took us 45-60 min each way (depends on the traffic) everytime we went to visit attractions in the city.

• Kay (9/5): Spacious, clean house with garden, very close to the beach - Excellent accommodation, huge spacious house on two levels, great facilities, including garden. The kitchen was very well equipped. There are three toilets, which is great. The host Dave was very nice and helpful. The beach is only a couple of minutes away (by foot). It was a bit noisy as the house is located directly at a busy street. On the weekend it wasn’t that bad, but on weekdays it gets loud. Also it got extremely hot in the house (it was over 40 degrees outside) and there is only air conditioning in one bedroom (and the living room). The other bedrooms were unbearably hot.
• Daysie (8/5): Beautiful little unit, great location but neet to improve amenities - The location was great - the parking was a bit inconvenient - the rooms upstairs were very hot and only one had air conditioning (and only one of the other two had a working g fan) - my friend with a disability found it very difficult to go upstairs as there were no handrails and the also the shower space was too narrow

Not good for the elderly. We found dirty cooking utensils and frying pans, dirty fans. If you have a big car/4wd. not good for parking.
• Malcolm (9/5): Comfy just like my house - The house is right on a busy road with vehicles typically trucks as early as 6am...Can consider double glazed windows to cut down the noises. :-) All cookeries available which bonus for me as I love cooking meals. House pretty much provides most things like one's.
• Richard (9/5): Superb - Rockingham has everything you need. Great beach's. Lots of birds on the nearby lakes and islands. Outdoor swimming pool, great shopping centre too. Truck parked right outside front door but didn't cause issues.

The place had lots of thoughtful items to really make the place homely The only complaint would be a small garage, difficult to park and get in and out of. But to be honest this is only a small concern, and one used to it not really an issue.

Well appointed throughout. Everything advertised is delivered when you stay. Having to check out. I understand how popular this property from personal experience, will rebook here next time in Perth.
