• Claudia (8/5): Very good - This was a great family holiday house, had everything you need. Beautiful view and great facilities, heaps of dishes, firewood and comfy cushions/blankets. Excellent value all around. Some additional attention to cleaning would be good, specifically the oven tray was covered in fat/grease as was the bbq. Dishwasher filter also needed to be cleaned badly
• Natali (8/5): Nice for a family getaway - Lovely coastal home immaculately styled with lots of attention to detail. We loved the two large balconies with views to the bay, where we spent most of our time and the weather was perfect for this. Very quiet and serene neighbourhood if you’re looking for a peaceful weekend with friends or family . Ceiling fans in all the rooms except the bunk bed room where it gets very hot. About a 30 minute walk to the beach which can be long but we didn’t mind If you have small kids or toddlers probably wouldn’t be suitable.
• Sylvia (8/5): Enjoyable enough - The house is perched up high so the view of both sea and bush was quite spectacular. The kitchen was well appointed, the lounge room comfy for a family group of seven and the beds were very comfortable. It's a very spacious house with terrific verandahs on both levels. The garden is also very lovely although quite steep. There was hardly any toilet paper or soap provided and certainly not enough for 7 people. After a few phone calls and texts, this was rectified 24 hrs later but not without some angst in the meantime. The house could do with a deep clean as there is mold on the windows and dust on the sills. The oven had a dirty baking tray. I was concerned with the safety of the railings up the front steps as they are shaky as is parts of the glass balustrades surrounding both verandahs. There is only one air conditioner upstairs which we didn't need as a cool breeze came up from the sea. But it could well be an issue on those sweltering days.

• Maja (6/5): Beautiful place but not clean - Really big property and truly beautiful! Lots to do around the house (games room, smart tv, bbq) and lots of seating for a group of 6. Good price for the facilities you get and good location close to beaches. The place was really unclean and you can tell they haven’t done a deep clean in years. Lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere, hair in the shower, and carpets not vacuumed well. As multiple people in our group have allergies, we had to vacuum the place, get rid of cobwebs and dust the place ourselves. Also, having to bring your own linen and bedsheets to take off the bed sheets at the property and put them back on when leaving is the first time I’ve had to do this with any accommodation and frankly pretty weird

• Ramees (6/5): Not going back to this address again. - Awesome location. Value for money The house looked dusty, haven’t done a good cleaning for a long time. Literarily every corner is with cobweb and dust settled. The bbq looked like never cleaned. We had to clean to an ok level to use the night we stayed. The ad said air conditioning on property. But an old window type that didn’t work well enough. Provided one 1/4 of toilet roll for each bathroom. Host knew we were 4 adults and 5 kids!!!. The kitchen counter was dirty when we got there, oil and grease marks. I would have expected a professional cleaning company to do a good job after guest leave.

• Adebisi (8/5): Very good - The location was great. Lots of seating areas indoors and outdoors. Comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities. It wasn't very clean. Bedside tables were very dusty, the Matress protector was dirty, spider web in rooms and sand on the sofa upstairs.

• Cathwind (7/5): Nice Family Home for a large group - The property was spacious with lots of balconies and areas for a large group to find their own space. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen with a great stove. Games room was good. Great that the owner allowed our pets to stay, but warning to pet owners, fencing is not secure around the perimeter of the property. Great place for young families. Disappointing that the upstairs shower barely worked, the water pressure was nothing more than a trickle which meant we could not use and all 8 people had to share the downstairs shower/bathroom. Overall, the property seemed a little tired, for example, the upstairs aircon couldnt keep the heat down on a mildly warm day, after a few hot, still days it could be quite stifling upstairs and there were broken handles on cupboards throughout the property which need repairing.

Glenn was great with all the information The backyard has a large slope - so kids must not be left alone and limited grassed area for pets to play around. Note that there is no front fence, so pets cannot be left in the backyard but the balcony is a great alternative
• Laura (3/5): it was ok owners was nice - the beds were comfortable the way the yard was not blocked off for dogs they are not safe in backyard the air conditioning stopped working on last day we were there so we stayed in house that was over 40 degrees hot day and sleepless night far too hot and I was not aware until owner explained that I had to bring my own linen and towel first time ever
