- Aimee (2/5): Very poor - The view Townhouse was dirty, mould on the toilet paper rolls in the downstairs toilet, courtyard overgrown couldn't utilize the area, broken ceiling fan in the bedroom, sliding door to deck wouldn't lock

- Ken (8/5): Very good - Loved the view from the front balcony over the trees and ocean. Having three separate bedrooms was great and everything worked great. There were some minor issues with the house but nothing to spoil our stay.

- Ella (9/5): Was very relaxing - My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The view was great and the location was perfect. Our bed was super comfortable and the facilities of the home were great The doona cover in our room had stains on it… and the place needs a good dust

All the pots and pans are nearly unusable, some crockery is chipped, there is no can opener, the screen door runner is missing, the ground floor bedroom smelt very musty, the back courtyard could do with a tidy up, some of the door latches are half off and fans and vents in some areas are very dusty.
