• Katharine (9/5): - Location. Facilities. Comfort. A beautiful home Suggest cleaners pay more attention to detail as area beside fridge was thick with dust. Ensuite also could have been cleaner. BBQ tray was dirty. Room with bunk bed had a damp smell. Maintenance needed for blinds
• Stephen (8/5): An excellent location and accomodation option. Would definetely stay again. - The location was outstanding, minutes walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants. Beach was a two minute walk. House itself was beautiful, spacious and spread over four levels so everyone was afforded some privacy. Just a small complaint, for the cost of the accomodation, a better offering of Bathroom towels would be expected. Two small bath towels (no hand towels or bath mats) would be a minimum in my opinion.

• Gai (9/5): Ultimately , we had a lovely stay. This accommodation was booked for our daughter’s wedding. We prepared for the wedding - Spacious - good for family get togethers. Cole to the beach and shopping centre. There was a smell in the downstairs bathroom- bin had not been emptied. Upper Double bunk bed in one of the bedrooms had not been made. The doona supplied with this bed was odourless and stained( this was quickly replaced once we made contact with the management). Much appreciated. There was no handwashing available in the ensuite bathroom and living area bathroom ( this was replaced without haste once management was notified ). Thankyou. The outdoor furniture was unsafe for use. Rusted through and requires replacement. There was an incident where guest fell onto floor on balcony from single seat. Luckily, the seat cushion cushioned the fall and there was no injury. Also, the larger lounge of the two had a support leg and it was duck taped- we found this after lounge became unstable.!!!

• Sue (8/5): Great location and beautiful house - Great location Thought it was a private pool - the property profile was a bit misleading in that regard
• Serena (6/5): Pleasant - For families with young children, especially active toddlers, the layout is not very child-friendly. There are multiple stairs, which posed a safety risk, and we felt on edge most of the time. Cleanliness was another concern, as the rooms were not as clean as expected. For instance, there were visible oily marks on the dining table, and the bottom-level room was noticeably damp and had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, guests are not permitted to use the garage, which was an inconvenience for our family.

• Julie (9/5): Spectacular. Hope to return - Clean, spacious, great location. Beautiful We loved this house and holiday so much that we didn't want to leave. The front door key locked a deadbolt that could only be opened from the outside. Be careful of that if you stay here with multiple people and someone goes out and locks up as they go, leaving the rest of the group trapped. Also would have been good to know the little fob attached to the keys opens the pool gate rather than email property owners and wasting a day waiting for a non existent code.

• Luke (10/5): Beautiful, family friendly seaside escape. - The property was exceptionally clean, spacious and well presented. Location is within walking distance to cave beach, shops and cafe. All bedrooms rooms have TVs, and clean linen. Amazing views of the coastline can be enjoyed from the upper level. A few very minor irritations that could be easily addressed - The master bedroom TV remote didn’t work, there was one broken shutter in the lounge, there was a drain smell upon entering, and perhaps let people know upfront that secure parking is not available as the garage is not part of the rental.
• Nancy (10/5): A relaxing holiday in a amazing house. - Perfect location, close to beach, restaurants and local shops. House is fully equipped and spotless. Nothing.
• Jennifer (8/5): Nice location with ocean views, beautiful area and places to explore. Home was very welcoming. - Location was fantastic. Lovely home in a quiet complex with modern amenities. Loved the Retreat area on the top level. Beds were too soft and pillows uncomfortable, making sleep very difficult. Multiple text messages from agent giving instructions on leaving the premises, felt we werent trusted to do it right. Also no mention of having noise and temperature monitors on the property until we received a text message an hour after arrival accusing us of switching off the noise monitors, breaching the agreement. We were very stressed and shocked during this time, having no idea what to look for. We called the emergency after hours number who had no idea what we were talking about, 3 technicians later confirmed the text was sent in error. Not a very nice start to the holiday and we were constantly worried about the kids making noise once we found out we were being monitored. If you have young children who need you close by, the master bedroom wont get used as there is only 1 bedroom on the main living floor, the rest are on lower levels and have smaller rooms and beds, which is where we ended up.
