- Karen (9/5): Perfect for a weekend getaway - Great location, close to town. The house has everything you need for a comfortable weekend getaway. Pet friendly too :) You have to bring your own sheets and towels.
- Tandin lhamo (6/5): - Liked the design and everything Was not clean in certain areas and didn't like the smell of the house. If you guys could put some room freshner or room diffuser it would be great. Others wise it was a great experience

- Lynne (9/5): Superb - Close to town nice clean comfortable property Is two story with two bedrooms up stair so need to factor in stairs if older guests
- Anonymous (10/5): We had a great weekend stay. Would recommend to family friends - Ease of booking, location and layout of house Creaky floorboards upstairs, downstairs sleepers complained.
- Lynne (5/5): Pretty much what I would expect for a cheap place down south but could do up and charge a lot more. - There was no breakfast so not sur what that question was about. Property was spacious Duvet covers were dirty - lighting terrible and real lack of power points
- Nicole (6/5): It suited us really well - Lovely outdoors Could have been cleaner & there was a bad smell in the end bedroom
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (9/5): Superb - Good location - comfortable and easy to drive into Dunsborough and to the Beach. Well located for day trips into the south west region. Would have liked a property closer the Dunsborough centre. The noise upstairs (two rooms) during the wind and rain on the roof was quite loud.
- Poh (9/5): Great location & room & space is super for family & group of friends. - No breakfast provided. Fire place & jet spa was bonus.... BBQ pit a bit rusty so we didn't use it. Instructions to use the house preferred send by email prior to checking in as we didn't switch on the hot water till we see the note in the evening after coming back from our visit. So has to wait a bit before we couldn't take our bath early. Also for spa jet switch is outside the house. No instructions was provided. Overall was satisfied for the amenities and provision of the house. Pic looked dis-representative as the house looked big.
- Mithun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jill (5/5): Dissapointed with conditions of the home it was quite dirty when we arrived. - Needs a good clean, carpets & flooring very worn, kitchen cupboards & pantry needs tidying up. lawns & garden need water & attention.

- Laurie (10/5): Exceptional - The look of the place and the location. A
Very nice house. Slippery tiles in the downstairs shower and I managed to slip over and damage my hip and ribs. Afterwards found a shower mat next to the sink and realised what it was for, thank goodfor weeks of panadol ahead waiting to see if there are pulled ribs and two weeks of pain or cracked ribs and six weeks.
Couldn't use the oven as the inside glass was out and sitting on a shelf. There was a portable oven so the garlic bread was able to be cooked to perfection.
- Glenn (8/5): We had a lovely stay in Lehema Villa. - Good location, easy walking distance to town, everything you need in terms of utilities etc. plenty of room to sit outside, garden was fully enclosed so the kids could safely play out there.
- Patricia (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. Quiet street out front , good parking The house was cluttered .
Every cupboard in the kitchen were full to the brim with kitchen equipment/ plates/cups , we had no where to put our own food except the bench . The fridge had expired food in it.
The rest of the house had so much extra furniture / decor that made the space feel so closed in and dysfunctional for any number of guests.
The back yard has a good size patio but is filled with to out door settings . It also have a 4-5 foot drop off which was very scary with children .
The floors hadn't been swept either .
Windows didn't lock or latch .
This house could be really nice with a good de-clutter.
