• Maree (8/5): Why? - The location was superb The assistant manager was lovely in dealing with issues. She also checked in with us during the break Did not receive key code . Contacted the boss who was curt as as she was with other enquiries prior to arrival The cleanliness was poor. Our bedding was stained and replaced by assistant manager Loads of stale out of date food in fridge Shabby wardrobes ,dusty dishes in cupboards Dirty tray by 2 in oven . Barbecue dirty did not use. Had to clean dirty toilet rim in upstairs toilet

• Roslyn (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Thankyou it felt so homely. - Great location. good facilities , fully equipped with anything you might need. Top bathroom basin tap was stiff and hard to use and plug stuck when basin was used. May need a bit of attention, otherwise everything was great.
• Graeme (7/5): Good - Close to beach and town. Outside dining on the balcony. Very clean and tidy place. Downstairs was external to upstairs. No aircon downstairs. Noisy pedestal fans. Awful neighbors asbestos roof to look at from balcony.
• Tony (7/5): pleasant holiday house - good location with large deck with nice partial views of ocean. Good kitchen with plenty of plates, knives and utensils very limited clothes storage. Most wardrobe cupboards locked and those that where not had a few unclean personal items of others.

• Jackie (7/5): A lovely location & good, basic place to stay with dog. - Good location. Easy access to property. Comfy bed. It had everything we needed except for an iron & board. Great to be able to bring our dog. Deck had a nice view. Too expensive for what it is. Very small bedroom. Had to move bedside table to shut the bedroom door. Grass is overgrown near shed. Dog got covered in prickles.
• Sam (5/5): Passable - The location close to the beach, the space was pretty ok and deck very good. This place was odd. It feels like it was a long term rental and they decided to spend a small amount of cash on a refresh so it photographs well, but it was just done very "DIYish" First thing that annoyed us was a term buried away in the booking that they would take the payment (including a $300 "service fee") plus a $500 damage bond. The term discovered that they could keep up to all of it at their discretion for damage or if unclean. It had a list of cleaning requirements including doing dishes, sweep, wipe benches and put rubbish and bin and wheel the bins out on to the curb many days too early for pickup.. We turned up and the entire garden and grass was overgrown. A mowing business arrived while we were there and said they were mowing because some more people were turning up that afternoon. That pissed us off because we then thought the downstairs area was being rented out as well. But after contacting the agent, they said no one else is arriving and the keys unlocked downstairs too. This was a happy surprise because we then found an iron, ironing board and washing machine (2 days in and morning of the wedding we were attending). The new kitchen was ok, but drawers opening into other doors, the shower had an odd slide opening but the top frame was so low that I hit my head every time, the main double bed upstairs has bed sides next to it, but they sit right up against the wall or you can't close the bedroom door. The lighting is very poor everywhere in bedroom and bathroom (only place with mirrors. They stay was ok, this place just irked us when a little bit more effort would mean a better stay.

Perfect backyard for the children and our dog. Good size property, well equipped with everything just what you need There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property
