Decor Cleanliness was generally excellent but around switches and inside bathroom doors and behind lounge tv unit needed attention
I’m just a clean freak !!!

- Gabriele (8/5): - The house worked fine for our family of 4 (2 adult children) even it was smaller than I thought from the photos. Good location but it was a bit difficult to find the entry to driveway of main road. The kitchen was well supplied and the pantry offered a few spices & oil which is always appreciated when travelling The light switches in both bathroom were loose - so actually dangerous.

- Elijah (9/5): - Very comfortable bed and a good-sized villa. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The shower fixtures were quite corroded, and the shower head wouldn’t stay in position.
- Shirley (10/5): We had a very lovely get away with our sister from England - It was lovely and quiet, away from hustle and bustle Everything was hood, nothing to complain about at all

- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - The location of as amazing
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Villa 28 was fantastic. Everything we needed, it was home away from home. In amongst bushland, quiet and close to everything. Our villa was 2 bedroom and each having our own bathrooms.
Clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely go back and stay. Nothing, it was perfect for us.
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorna (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Kelly (6/5): Close to Dunsborough. - The villa was overall clean but felt like the floors hadn’t been swept and mopped. The beds were comfy and enough space for the whole family to watch tv. The hot water system didn’t work the morning we were leaving resulting in cold showers which put a damper on our stay. Also couldn’t get the tv to connect to the internet.

- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional -

- Philip (6/5): Had a good time with family - Handy location Not very clean and both shower slides were not attached properly....generally a bit run down and in need of a make over...other wise a good size and location
- Luke (9/5): Superb - Really nice Villa, clean, spacious with all we the facilities we needed contained in the villa, very good price Thought it was a bit closer to the beach but dosnt take away from the really nice villa and facilities
- Karen (10/5): Comfortable and relaxing - The location was excellent close to town and the outlook was peaceful Everything was superb
- Wayne (7/5): Good - Cleanliness
- Jim (10/5): We both really enjoyed it and would stay again, happily - Great location and very comfortable Some instructions on how to use induction cooktop!
- Denise (1/5): Bad - On arrival the key was not available and we could see it was not vacated and/or was in the process of being cleaned (could see through glass door cleaning products left out, mop by door, bottles of water on table, someone's medication on benchtop) and no-one around. Tried calling, went through to engaged signal. Sent email, no response. Tried calling again 3 more times using 61+ in front of number when finally someone answered. We were told we were in a different villa No 17 but no-one advised. Villa 17 was not cleaned properly, microwave not clean inside and outside. Tables (including bedside) had water marks on them and sand/salt on them. Sliding door to main ensuite not on rails, could not be closed more than half way.
So disappointing as we had stayed at the villa next to it beforehand owned by someone else and it was lovely. They provided a gift of bread/butter/jam from the region along with a bottle of wine. It was also very clean.
For the money charged to stay, they need to lift their game. I don't like giving such negative feedback but we were almost ready to drive back to Perth as we thought we had no accommodation when we could not contact someone initially.
Better luck next time as Dunsborough is a favourite destination.
- Coreena (9/5): Great stay will definitely return - Location & accommodation was excellent. The bed
- Ben (9/5): Superb -
- Barry (9/5): Top notch accommodation in Dunsborough , clean, spacious and very well equipped. My wife loved it. - This is a wonderfully clean and well presented property that is very well equipped and well located just outside Dunsborough , and within easy walking distance . Its well maintained and spacious . Landlord is super helpful and professional and picked up after a couple of rings . Minor potential improvements ...Make sure you get the pin codes to access the property keys . I had to contact the landlord directly to get the pin code for the keys . Good job I was proactive and did this . There was a 4 digit pin code the Booking.com site that would have been assumed incorrectly by many to be for the keys. Struggled to find the remotes for the heating , and think some are missing but landlord responded promptly and helpfully .
- Shane (10/5): Exceptional - Really beautiful and quiet location but still so close to town centre. Parking was very limited, especially when neighbouring villas had multiple cars visiting or staying. Strata/complex may need to review installing speed humps or reminder signs as speeding visitors were very noticeable, especially on the corner.
- Sarah (4/5): Roomy but too many bodily fluids - The unit is relatively large inside. Each of the two rooms has an en-suite and we managed to find everything we needed to use during our stay. The standard of cleanliness really let it down. We had no access to cleaning products to be able to clean the faeces from the underside of the toilet seat (not that we should have had to). There was some glass cleaner left out, which was useful for cleaning whatever had trickled down the mirror in the children’s room at groin height. The ceiling fans had not been cleaned in a long time, see blue Jay cloth, which I had to wipe as the air chin remote was missing and I needed to use the fan instead. My son has asthma, so I’m glad I checked before switching it on! There was an old sock under the bed along with a lot of dust and on checking under the sofas before departure we found more dust (when I say dust, I mean actual drifts, like a herd of dust bunnies!) and an aging red M&M. We got in touch with the owner to let them know about the cleanliness as we were leaving. I didn’t want to say anything sooner as we didn’t want to be waiting around to meet someone and also I didn’t want the invasion of privacy. I wondered if the cleaner had had an emergency and had to run off and said this to the owner. They did say that they were sorry and that if we found ourselves back in the area to get in touch to “see what they could do” but this was a token gesture in my opinion, as they know we won’t be back. This “home from home” was not as clean as it should have been.

- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - The place was spacious and had everything we needed. We were down south for a wedding and going to cellar doors. This was a very good home base for that. Owner was very nice and helpful.
- Rachel (10/5): fantastic stay - Quiet but still ver conveniently located.
- Justin (5/5): Passable -
- Snowball (10/5): WE HAD A GREAT STAY JUST WHAT WE NEEDED PEACE AND QUIET - NOTHING
- Nicci (8/5): Very good -
- Leila (9/5): Superb -
- Heather (8/5): Very good -
- Kaye (10/5): a wonderful relaxing place to stay - It was very comfortable and we loved the bush setting. The unit was well equipped and we were very happy there not much that we didn’t like - just a couple of suggestions. maybe more towels could be provided and a folder providing some information regarding the town and restaurants or things to do and see.
- Jacqui (8/5): Very good - The property was clean and well equipped. Nice walk into town or Clamcy’s for dinner. Loved watching the little birds on the bushes outside. We could hear the traffic through the day from the road when we sat outside but was quiet of a night.
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Nina (8/5): We had a lovely family getaway -
