Older property in need of some maintenance TLC. - Amazing location- few minutes walk to centre of town café’s and beach! Big backyard with grass for kids to runaround and play. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cupboard, had to wash before use. Air conditioner dusty and needed a clean out and some of the taps tight to use/ worn out.
