Cleaning fees are €30 per stay for 2 to 4 people and €50 per stay for 5 to 8 people. Bedding fees of €10 per bed are not included in the price. Alexey (1/5): Host didn’t reply and refused the refund - Nothing It is clearly stated in the listing that the owner is responsible for providing detailed instructions on how to access the property. Unfortunately, I did not receive any check-in information in advance, which meant I was unable to proceed with travelling to the property. I tried to contact the host through all available channels and waited for over 1.5 hours, but there was no response during this time. As a result, we had no option but to submit a cancellation request and book alternative accommodation in the same area via Booking.com. The host only replied the following morning, stating that she had been waiting for me, but without providing any explanation for the lack of communication during the scheduled check-in period. Our request for a refund was declined. Under these circumstances, we believe a refund is justified, as the absence of timely instructions and communication directly prevented us from proceeding with the stay and using the accommodation as planned.

Tim (10/5): Lovely overnight stop for travel into Lille - The garden apartment was lovely with access to the large garden, and all the outside seating. The living space was very big and we enjoyed out croissants from the patisserie up the road. Lovely house. Thank you for the little presents in the fridge! It was slightly difficult to contact the host on the morning of the stay, but she was very friendly when we did make contact!
