• Francene (6/5): Very comfortable - great location - The house was in a great location, right in the middle of town. It had lovely views of the mountains. The beds were lovely and comfortable. The house was clean and it was nice to have a little kitchen. We were sent the code for the door, but for the wrong apartment. There were already people's belongings in the rooms. Then Mum fell over the super thick carpet heading into the hallway and hit her head on the wall. We called and were given a different apartment with a new key code. There wasn't enough parking on the property for the amount of cars. They were literally parked nose to tail. It was hard to get an elderly person out of the car. The shower I had was super weak. We had a lot of people stomping around in the apartment above us, so it was a late night and an early morning for us.

• amir (3/5): Not worth the price they are charging a night - Location was great It was in a poor shape , super dirty with dust and cobwebs everywhere. The apartment smelled like mold and it was in a really bad shape structure wise.

It was suitable for 2 couples, however one bathroom only had a bath in it so even though it was technically a 2 bathroom one of them was not used. The bed and pillows - not comfortable, in particular the pillows were appalling they were so flat they were almost non existent. Also needed a bit of a better clean the door cutout (bathrooms especially)and skirting boards were very dirty

Broken door to second bedroom. I notified the owner and it was going to be fixed. Communication was super.

• Donna M (8/5): Lovely location - The location, the cleanliness of the property, the garden, the shower pressure, well appointed kitchen. In the bedroom next to the kitchen the bedspread was an awful cheap polyester one and it had stains all over it. Some looked like blood but the others could have been anything. It had been washed but it was still stained. Gross! We were so excited about the coffee machine but there was no ground coffee anywhere for us to use with it.

Bathroom door did not shut properly (no privacy). Bathrooms off living area - not really appropriate with elderly parents present. One bathroom directly adjacent to kitchen. Not pleasant when preparing food/eating and people using bathroom.

I sent a message a few days before arriving to ask about check in which was not responded to. Received a text on the day however we were occupied with wedding preparations so would have been good to get details before the day.

It would be great if there was another toilet, or the existing was not in the shower room. Could also benefit from a seal around the front door, we had some insects come in at night 😉

Eg pots and coffee machine had a thick layer of dust. Everywhere else was clean and tidy. Fan in the bathroom with shower didn’t work and needs to be fixed.

I also like the living space inside the apartment, it was a great place for friends to hang out and catch up. None of the windows opened so you couldn't get any fresh air inside. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Sticky and filthy hair dryers in both bathrooms. Disgusting! We also found dirty socks under the coffee table from the previous guests!!! Shocking beds too.
