Lorena (8/5): Great location - The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and Hastings St. The house is nice and tidy.
Antony (6/5): Amazing location near all the action but nice and quiet - Terrific location The property was dated and reasonably clean but in need of a deep clean and update of some of the kitchen amenities such as kitchen knives which were all painfully blunt. Drains in bathrooms in need of clearing, air fans need cleaning and the washing machine needs to be either replaced or cleaned thoroughly.

Damian (9/5): Worked perfectly for us - great location, onsite parking was really a necessity, great pool ideal when too to to go to the beach with ids It would have been nice to have just a little more milk, maybe some coffee and enough washing powder for the length of stay rather than immediately have to go and collect a lot of stuff from the shops.
Patrick (9/5): Superb - Great location and we. enjoyed our stay Few things broken or close to - place needs a bit of love (front door doesn't latch properly to ground , sliding door damaged at wall , old and stajned shower screens which don't shut properly and very dated bathrooms). Nothing too dramatic but detracts from overall stay Most people who stay at place at this cost are used to unlimited internet at home so not having a proper internet service is out of market. Kids had trouble connecting - the welcome booklet suggests.interent is only for emails.and not streaming videos. That comment might have been ok 15yrs ago or so but doesnt make much sense today. Same goes for pay TV or some kind of streaming services
Yiing (7/5): Great pool but host was not accommodating to our young family - The host was not accommodating at all with a slightly earlier check in even though there wasn't anyone staying in the house before us. We have a young family of 3 children under 5 years and were coming straight from the airport with loads of luggage. I requested an early check in which they rudely denied. I then asked if we could drop off the luggage and then leave the premises until 2pm check in. They didn't even respond. When I went to collect the keys 15 minutes before 2pm and they wouldn't give me the keys!! Told me I had to wait 15 minutes. Ridiculous. We were on Hastings Street with 3 cranky children from the flight and 7 pieces of luggage. Pretty disappointed with the lack of flexibility and consideration.
Bernard (8/5): Comfortable in very poor weather conditions. - The heated pool was a boon for two small children who could not get to the beach due to poor weather. The weather ! There was a substantial amount of rain during our stay and this revealed that there is a leak in the ensuite bathroom skylight. Not a great problem but thought you would like to know.
