• Dieter (8/5): Sehr schönes und perfekt eingerichtetes Apartement - Super eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Perfekt für 2-4 Personen. Sogar Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der Autobahn. Die linken Schlafzimmerfenster bekommen den Krach der Autobahn ab. Wir zogen in das etwas kleinere rechte Schlafzimmer wo man ruhiger schlafen konnte.
• Mardell (10/5): Nice place, very comfortable. - Good location, nice views, close walk to the train station, Old Quebec, grocery and liquor store. had trouble with some of the outlets In the kitchen and the tv was not easy to operate. Needed more direction. Could not get it to work. I guess if your used to streaming services, but if you just have cable tv, I could never figure it out and the internet worked but wasn't the best, especially during peak times

• Colette (10/5): It was perfect in every way. Camilo even gave us entry two hours early! - This is truly a luxurious place. This is obviously someone’s home. One could cook a gourmet meal in this kitchen. It is so well equipped. It was decorated with taste and great care for details. The art works are exquisite. The photos describe exactly the state of the apartment. It was also squeaky clean. A short walk to the station and Old Town. A large supermarket one block away. Need I say more? Parking available under ground if needed. I have no negative comments whatsoever.

• Lesil (10/5): A great place with reasonable price. - We love everything! The apartment was neat and clean, has beautiful decor, and very comfortable. Everything we need was provided - linens, cookware, utensils, even some spices and olive oil for cooking. The view at the roof-deck was awesome and the swimming pool was warm. And there was free parking! The owner was really nice and responsive. Nothing. We enjoyed our stay.
• Jawad (9/5): Superb - Spacious and lovely apartment. Had everything we could possibly need! The hosts were very responsive and communicative and helped us with our concerns. They even made sure to sort out some issues with the washing machine while we were there to ensure we would be able to use it. Had a wonderful stay!

Host responses within exceptable time frame I had inquired about a fan being available in one of the rooms and was advised the room didn't have one however the hosts purchased one! It was greatly appreciated and fit the decor as well. We ate at the restaurants/pubs across the street. Enjoyed our walks to all the sights.

• M (8/5): Cleanish and well-stocked, but beware of transients roaming the streets - Unit was homey and appeared clean at first glance. Well stocked dishes and cutlery (for at least 8) and supplies if you want to cook--salt, pepper, entire spice rack, sugar, olive oil, coffee grounds and filter. Washer and dryer with full laundry supplies-which is quite rare and appreciated. Well stocked towels, sheets, tissues, tp, cleaning supplies, paper towels, sponge and dish detergent. There are issues that need to be worked on, but overall, the positives outweighed most of the negatives--unless you have children or vulnerable people you are travelling with. In which case, the transient people milling about all day around the buildings in the area is not ideal. We feel our account is fair for our stay. Unit was not as clean as we had hoped. The floors were dirty. We swiffered the floor (right after we unpacked) and the swiffer sheets were dirty, not just minorly grey. Multiple sheets were dark grey. Unknown if the lack cleaning for our stay was a one off as others seem to think the unit was clean. On the rug in the living room, sofa and even embedded in a couple of dish towels was blonde / light coloured hair and we do NOT have light hair. Rooms have blinds and no curtains for light sensitive individuals. Sleeping in is challenging. Homelessness and individuals w/ mental illness screaming in the streets and alley (where you have to go to park) around the building and on the first day, we were accosted by one individual to give them money will punching in the security code to get in the building felt intimidating. Luckily that was only once, but then again we had a car rental after that and did not use the front security pad more than one day. Parking stall is very small. In fact the whole parking lot is very small and tight. If you are not a confident with your vehicle, you may have issues. As well, the other vehicles parked next to your assigned stall is not always considerate in how they park which is frustrating as that spot is larger as there are no obstructions that protrude from the side of the wall in their stall. Also way too many security codes--main security code for the front entrance, one for the unit, one for the gym, one to enter from the parking garage into the main lobby, and one more to enter the parking garage from the alley as the remote was supposedly taken home by the previous guest. The hosts were very responsive in the beginning but when we could not find the remote into the parking garage, that took half day for a response (we do recognize part of that time was later in the evening), but surprising we didn't get a response till very late morning so we had to pay for parking on the street as we did not get a response.
• Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and had the necessary equipment to be self contained. Close to the supermarket and bottle shop and local transport once we figured it out. The RTC map is difficult to use on a PC if you are not sure where you are headed and how to get there. There was no tourist info. You basically spend a couple of hours figuring it all out. Time and help is precious for tourists...help them.You need to provide a file with basic info...bus stops and which side of the street to get into old town and where to get off. Provide a town map from the excellent tourist bureau. Strangers do not know where they are. Advise where to get bus cards and advise only cash can be used to purchase them (its what we got told at the shop?). Give the location of the excellent tourist bureau in the place de armee and, some recommended restaurants and where they are. Location and how to find supermarket, bottle shop as they are close but tourists don't know that. The blind in one bedroom does not lower properly and needs fixing...noone wants to force it down and the light comes straight in at night. This has been reported previously by others, the power point nxt to the stove isn't working. Only half the toaster works....it may be on its way out. Not the managers fault but we didnt know about the 3 hour power outage and it caused some confusion and lost time. The manager did help by being available on the phone. There are no duty staff we could find. The apartment is not sound proof despite the booking.com site saying it is. Street noise is clearly heard. It's a stretch to say it's located in the old town....it's not as far as I am concerned. Its near the flyover and car parks outside the old Town proper and it has a lot of homeless on the street....you need to be careful just in case.....it's too expensive for the location and physical size and the lack of any information means it is not tourist friendly.

• Ruslan (10/5): Perfect stay for a weekend in Quebec City - We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb condo during our recent two-night trip to Quebec City. The space was absolutely perfect for our group of four—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The living area was cozy yet modern, with plenty of room for all of us to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, though we couldn’t resist trying some of the amazing local restaurants nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the extra blankets and pillows were a thoughtful touch. The location couldn’t have been better! It was close to Old Quebec and within walking distance of many attractions, cafes, and shops. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony, taking in the beautiful city views. Our host was fantastic—quick to respond, helpful, and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we really appreciated the detailed guidebook provided in the condo. Overall, this was a perfect home base for our trip. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec City and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

• Tani (6/5): Disappointing - .2 bedrooms. Kitchen was clean. Beds were as advertised. The fellow who came up to try to explain the air conditioning was dismissive and did not solve the problem. We were too hot all 3 days. The microwave did not work..it blew a fuse immediately and the same fellow didnt come up to fix it at all. He told us to flip the fuse, but it just stopped working as soon as we tried to use it. The electric curtain in our bedroom didnt work and only covered half the window so it was not dark in our room. We didnt complain because the man who came up was rude and unhelpful.We didnt touch it for fear of breaking it. Space was generally smaller than we expected. Not worth the money at all. Balcony is so tiny, 2 people are sitting knee to knee, about 18 inches wide?

• David (7/5): It was wonderful. - Location was nice and easy access to bus transit, also easy acess to grocery store was very close by, a large number of restaurant's. A private pool was very nice and warm even though the weather was cold the pool water was very nice and clean. The A/C unit was under sized and it struggled to keep the room comfortable, but all in all everything was very nice and clean, it also had washer and dryer that worked very well. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Staff should be atleast aware about the guest that who is coming …because i called staff told them 2-3 times when i reach there and he was like i cannot see any person’s booking by this name..it gave me mini heart attack first. But yeah after that he helped me to get into building nd my stay.

• Ryan (5/5): 3 Night stay - The apartment was pretty much as pictured and described - clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Parking spot in the building was very nice to have and worked well for us (though not suitable for larger SUVs). It was a quick walk to tourist attractions/ old Quebec. The balcony overlooks a very busy street and is extremely small. So it's no place where you'd really want to sit out and relax. The building is located in a somewhat sketchy area, with many (apparently) homeless hanging out/ camping out behind the building and under the highway a block away. We didn't have any issues, but didn't make us feel particularly safe either. Given what we paid, I would have expected a somewhat nicer location/ overall experience.

The room is very clean and has everything we need. It’s also great to have a designated parking space that can be directly accessed inside the condo building. The parking space is a little small. Had a hard time park and get out of the car when your neighbor car is also parked.

Safe parking facilities. Good grocery stores, restaurants and bars near by. The apartment is just outside of the main part of downtown, which is fine and still very close! But it would be a steep walk to the Old Town if you didn't have a car (one traveller with us was in his 80s and would have struggled to walk it).
