Kim (9/5): We loved this beach house, the back deck was lovely, and comfy couches inside to relax on the rainy days. Kitchen had al - The back deck was exceptional The floor was a bit spongy in places, but we used to where to step lightly.

Hilary (6/5): Not the best but we could see the potential, especially when it was warmer. - Location nice and quiet. It was COLD! We both found the house very cold, even when split system was on. The house needs to be insulated for full comfort, especially if renting it in cooler months. We realise it's just a coastal batch but it was overpriced in our experience.
